Consistently Great Service

My CTS has had the original battery since I purchased it new 6 years ago. I'm told that's exceptional and I used up every ounce of juice from it. But it finally gave out this week. I called ahead to the dealership in Turlock. When the tow came he was unable to jump start it so the battery was literally drained. Fortunately, the dealership had one in stock. They replaced the old one and I asked them to do regular maintenance on the car as well. Michael was polite, professional and thorough. And although the service department schedule was already full I was in and out in about 2 hours. I continue to return to this dealership (even though my car wasn't purchased there) because they consistently provide excellent service!
