I saw this Toyota online and contacted Dee although I was almost 600 miles away. The salesman was not available at the time so Dee took it upon herself to personally check the truck out and drove it. Ultimately I purchased the vehicle, Dee picked me up at the airport and was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Mr Furr and the salesmen were amazing and all like a big family. They took very good care of me as well as after care, the truck needed an alignment and they took care of it for me from in my home home town. On top of everything, I got one hell of a deal! Great little car lot, honest, friendly and just flat out good people!

Simply just the best full size SUV imo. Excellent power. Great styling and ride for a "truck". Love everything about it. Elegant, great power and handling.
I’m retired and my son knew I was a fan of GM. He talked me out of a Chevrolet Impala and suggested the Cadillac. The price of the ATS was comparable to the upscale Impala. I’m closing on fifty thousand miles and I have had a few MINOR recalls (expected) and no operating issues. A safe bet! She’s a four turbo.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Bang for the buck. The technology this car offers at this price point is incredible. It’s one of the best handling sedans in the world and it’s aftermarket potential is insane.
Buying a car is buying a car. But my overall experience was good. My salesman was excellent. And the dealership was clean and nice. Couldn’t believe the the fair price and no bull. They did as they said. Would recommend them. Thanks

i love the car as such, however, it has a major issue that occurs without warning, it will go into limp mode and display "reduced engine power" on the dash, you can not accel, after repairing each "code" still has same issue, thousand's of $$$$ later..GM no answers..Not good!!!
This was the best car buying experience that i have ever had, my salesman David fully explained every detail of my new car. The Finance people handled the transaction in a speedy and proffesional manner. the Managers were very Proffesional and attentive to me It was a pleasure doing business with Mears.

This vehicle has low mileage and we think we got a great deal. Very clean car well taken care of.Love the wheels that are on it
Installed update upgrade to base radio system. New system works good. Service center did a good job with a loaner car and cleaned upthe exterior of the car.

This car does meet all of my needs! It is an excellent performer and also handles exceptionally well. The driver and passenger comfort are both exceptional. It is an excellent road car that also works well in a crowded urban environment. All things considered, a far better value that any of the European or Asian competition.
Nicest People ever! We worked with Randy and Mr. Furr himself! We bought our son a Mustang and could not be happier. Also while buying our sons car I noticed a smart car on the lot. My grandma is 93 and has been wanting a small car with big windows. I took it to her to show it to her and she loved it, ended up purchasing the car and they were so sweet Dee the lady in the office drove all the way to my grandma's so my grandma could sign the paper work and didn't have to get out and drive across town!
Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.
I bought a Pontiac Vibe and a Ford Escape from Furr's last October (2012). Both are running great in July of 2013. Just asked for their best price and they offered reasonable prices. No hassle, no games. These were the third and fourth vehicles I've bought form Furr's. I'll go back again. Low overhead, No Frills. Good Deal.

A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

Car handles great. Quiet smooth ride and has the power when needed. Safety features are amazing and comforts me knowing my family is well protected.

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
High performance with Cadillac badge but no luxury

It should have been buit by Chevrolet with an SS insignia. Spartan interior and hard ride just like you would expect from a performance car, not a Cadillac. It had two recalls and the emission computer failed at less than 70,000 mi. but fortunately the warrenty on it was longer than the regular 50,000 mi. The clear coat began coming off the hood and had to be repainted well before 99,000 mi. which is what it had on it when I sold it.
All that said, it was a fun car to drive and the LS2 engine was fast and reliable.
One of the best things about owning a Alderson Vehicle is the tremendous service departments . Its just another layer of value to your purchase . I just had another perfect experience with Rudy Salazar and his crew at Alderson Lexus .

Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
