Got my inspection performed and took longer than expected but the dealership was busy so understandable. They took care of me as quick as they could.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Alfred made my car buying experience a very positive one. From start to finish, he was professional, transparent, and attentive to what I was looking for. The car was exactly as described, and the process was efficient and straightforward. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would gladly work with Alfred again.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

My week started off by getting my Accord totalled by an uninsured driver who fled on foot. After a week of pain and misery I finally had a bright spot. I went into Howdy Honda Pre-owned and 3 hours later drove out in a beautiful 2020 Civic.

I was very unsure about stepping out get a car that I will own without a co signer I’m very grateful I was able to do it by myself

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I needed major work done on my vehicle and Calvin and Charles came to the rescue. They assisted me in getting my X3 back on the road, provided a loaner vehicle, and worked with my insurance company. Thanks guys!

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

Family has purchased at least 10 vehicles from Mr. Felician Gobert, or used his reference for purchasing from the 71 Ford store for over two decades. Every vehicle (New or preowned) we have purchased has run really well, and required little to no maintenance. Carry on!

So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

I am enjoying the vehicle so far. It was used by the General Manager of the dealership before I bought it. It is spacious and comfortable, although the Rock Creek suspension doesn't give as good a ride as my 2018 Pathfinder did. The Android Auto feature is very useful. It gets good gas milage on the highway in the 4WD "ECO" mode, but the shut off/start at lights is noticeable and takes some getting used to. My last Pathfinder was very reliable overall--we'll see about this one, which has more electronics.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

Austin Subaru has the most welcoming atmosphere from the first step into the showroom to the last sip of coffee in the cafe!

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Great experience overall. Went in NOT expecting to buy a car, even left my title at home so I wouldn't be tempted. Didn't work, got a great deal on a Nissan Frontier. Had to return later with the title to the 2024 Maverick that I traded in.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

Bought this truck used,I love the comfort. I used to have a ranger.I can fit my plywood in the bed and close it.It is a long bed.My 12 foot jon boat fits good,.better than the ranger and more comfortable

I had never purchased a Subaru before and was pleased with the information shared by John at Austin Subaru. He was friendly and knowledgable, a good listener, and enthusiastic. Also helpful were financial officers Jett Minor and Taylor Tice, who helped ease the tedium of contracts and transactions. They even had a friendly old-Austin employee who explained how the car bells and whistles work, after John had sent a "ready-to-go" email to me. Yes, I'd certainly recommend this dealership and look forward to a new-kind-of ride in a Forester.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

1/23/2026 - The outstanding excellence of the service (advisors, technicians, call center, complimentary services) is getting very impressive each time I visit (since 2023 when I became a customer here). Overall, great professionalism, transparency in keeping me informed, high knowledge, perfect quality service each time, friendliness, extra care, promptitude. A bit long review, but it shows consistency of great service over time - a headline conclusion is also at the end of my review (with recent names). Example is the excellent service of advisor Eduardo M, listening patiently & friendly my requests, then throughly, promptly, positively following-up, explaining very knowledgeably, caring & patiently each detail I required, even staying considerable after hours, therefore going the extra mile to provide me the understanding & peace of mind. The techician, Roman, did a very prompt, fast & thorough job while very well documenting the checks efficiently on the video. I had also past amazing response beyond words from an older service team (Fred, Chad and Luis) on a very difficult to find, unusual issue that happened on my 2018 CRV - new battery drain overnight. First, the advisor Fred brought to my place right away (at a late hour Good Friday) a brand new Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport loaner (leather seats, 400 mi). The mentioned team carefully checked separately each circuit, updated the software and kept the car several days under observation. The breakthru finding is very important, it was not the battery but a CHIP defect in the keyless entry control unit (all repairs were at low cost). I wish the repair took longer :), that Hybrid loaner was amazing. I was being kept informed all this time, then I was shown on site how they worked. ... On another past problem requiring engine cleaning, Chad and Fred took from their personal time to help (they just had signed out when I arrived) and Chad had spent the next 3 hours of his own time to thoroughly supervised and informed me, knowing of my urgency to get it fixed right away...and well done!!! The Customer Service call center, always promptly and friendly answering the calls - Ms Randi going the "extra mile" to follow up after working hours on my service booking request, very positively, friendly and patiently listening to my complex description and promply provided the solution; also to mention Ms Kenya that showed extra care, understanding and immediate follow up, or Zoe who also is very positive, friendly and caring each time. The car loaner dept is showing similar great positive and friendly service. Great fast, prompt, caring, thorough check out service by service advisor Antonio U. Never to ignore the warm & welcoming "Starbucks-style" complimentary beverages & snacks service while waiting for the car to be ready, with the very friendly, positive, caring baristas Kara and Tiffany helping & brightening the atmosphere. The first tires inspection at check-in where tire inspector Tricia B goes professionally & thoroughly to check and friendly to explain the findings, together with the inspection video by the technician (Roman) and specially with the exceptional service by the advisor (Eduardo M), all ensure the extra peace of mind, knowing that all was being very transparently communicated and well taken care of. I strongly RECOMMEND this place!"

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

I had an outstanding truck buying experience at Truck City Ford. Tyler guided me through the process in the most efficient and pressure-free way. The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.
