My issue is with communication - When I first contacted Lindsay in November 2021 I informed them that due to the information I received from Costco that Lindsay was a preferred dealer and would get a discount. I was assigned a sales person. I mentioned to him the Costco membership and was informed that when the vehicle is ordered the discount would apply at time of delivery. 3 DAYS before I was picking up the vehicle I was asked for copy of Costco card along with other information. Sales person contacted me back to let me know that the Costco discount was not being honored and I can cancel since there were other buyers waiting as per his manager. I had already waited 8 months for this vehicle also had to fly from RDU to Sterling Va. I feel that the communication at the company is very poor. I could have bought the vehicle closer to home without the great inconvenience. I feel that information regarding not participating for specific vehicles should have been communicated to me from the inception.

I really like the look of my S90. It's a different brand that I would normally think of when I think of luxury sedans. However, once I sat in the inscription model it felt expensive. I got a deal buying it used for 30K. Loaded with safety features and decked out with the Bowers & Wilkins sound system it's ready. I really like the sound of the B&W system and the look is amazing.

Bought a CPO Passat and very pleased. The staff are all very professional and don’t pressure their customers but offer excellent service and honest terms. The showroom is fascinating with the coolest new models and some old classics and lots of VW nostalgia.

Great daily driver, feels extremely safe and easy to control. Also has a great amount of cargo room and leg room for passenger comfort. The safety features are unmatched when compared to any other car.

I test drove several different SUV's and after I drove this I was sold. No other vehicle came close to the solid structure and ride of this vehicle. Now I know why it's a legend. The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Today I picked up the Jeep that I had ordered. It took longer than expected to come in, but my sales rep Brian H. Made sure that I was kept up to date during the whole process. During pick up today Brian was awesome. He was friendly, professional, courteous and personable. He thoroughly went over the Jeep features with me, full body and interior inspection with me. While I was with the finacial department Brian took it upon himself to talk with my son, show him around and looked at one of my son's favorite cars the hellcat. I have bought many cars and never once experienced this type of customer service. Brian truly understands his customers, their wants and goes above and beyond. The customer service that Brian gave from start to finish is the reason I took a 3 hour drive. I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep and as long as Brian works ay Koons they will always have my business. The experience that me, my wife and son had was honestly priceless. Brian is truly honest and valuable. I highly recommend Brian to do business with at Koons.

I looked at and drove the car on the last day of 2020. I had heard that dealers will make sacrificial offers just to reduce their inventory as the year was ending. That is not true of all dealers. I drove and loved the 2018 Grand Cherokee SUMMIT but the dealer was not as sacrificial as I needed. We were thousands of dollars apart so I started the new year with my old car!

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

What a great experience I had! And I am a person that really dislikes car shopping. Especially these days. After searching for a couple of weeks, only to have cars I’d put deposits down on sold out from under me, I called JKH to see if they had what I was looking for. Not only did they have the exact car I wanted on the lot, but they had it pulled up and ready to test drive when I arrived. Frankys, our salesperson was knowledgable, helpful and did everything in his power to help us get the car. One of the last SUV’s with a real 4x4 and towing capacity. The engine and transmission lasts longer than anything similar. Not the greatest mpg but this is greatly off set by reliability and longevity.

My S6 might be the most enjoyable car that I have ever owned. I’ve been Ver fortunate In life, fortunate enough to own and/or drive many nice, high end vehicles. Ferrari, Lambo’s, Lotus, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover, etc. this by far is my favorite. The car is very comfortable but it doesn’t stop with there. They have taken a very comfortable and easy to drive car and made it into a true sleeper. This car is a rocket, it’s actually almost too fast if that’s possible. Yes, it’s not flashy like a Testa Rosa. It’s not as recognizable as a 911 turbo and not quite as refined as an S600 or a V12 Vanden Plas, but wow, it will seriously blow your socks off. I never imagined that a mid sized 4 door sedan would be so much fun to drive. I can fit the kids, car seats included, the golf clubs, wife and dog and I still believe it 0-60 in under 4 sec. comfort, ridiculous power, all wheel drive and room, what’s not to love.

Beautiful, comfortable, responsive... my only issue is my last three new Lexus' have had annoying, unfixable buzzing from the dashboard. Unforgiving for a car almost $50,000. The dealer said in each case they would have to remove the dashboard. No thanks.

Mr. Wright (salesman) and Ms. Hana (financing), provided awesome customer service. They were NOT pushy or unhelpful. Ms. Hana looked at the apr my bank was charging me, and provided me a MUCH lower apr. They made me feel like a valued customer.

I see people waste their money on the the new jeep grand wagonnier and shake my head on the daily. For the price they could have better luxury and fewer recalls.

This is our second Tesla (first is a 2019 Model 3). Wow, what they've been able to accomplish after just a couple years is astounding. Sound proofing is drastically better, center console is way more useful, and the ride quality is smooth as butter. Absolutely love our newer Tesla even more!

Bought a used 330i xdrive with only 10,000 miles on it. Found it on cars.com. I have now driven it 2000 miles and absolutely love it. Fantastic combination of performance, fuel economy, comfort, functionality, style and fun. The real gas mileage is even better than advertised. I also considered Audi A4, but the BMW beat it in every category. The interior design also feels much nicer. The A4 is more just like a plain upscale VW while the BMW feels more special and has more personality.
