Purchase of 2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL-T

Car buying is typically thought of as a stressful and pressured experience. At this dealership I had none of those feelings and all I came in contact with were very helpful, patient and friendly.
Chip Godenciuc, sales consultant, conducted the test drive and explained all the options and features of the Ridgeline. After purchase he allowed all time needed to answer questions and helped in programing the various functions of the vehicle.
Shannon Wood, finance director, patiently and with good humor, outlined all the finance and warranty options available.
Mark Perez, general manager, provided unbelievable customer service. I desired the Ridgeline RTL-T in the Honda Obsidian Blue Pearl. On looking for that vehicle there was only one in Colorado; however, that Ridgeling had been damaged in hail storms. Mr. Perez then searched all Honda dealerships in the Four Corners States and Texas. He eventually found one in Phoenix. After discussing various delivery options and costs, Mr. Perez, on his day off, flew to Phoenix and drove the car back to his dealership, even knowing that I had sole discretion to refuse final purchase depending on the condition of the car.
