I needed a new work vehicle immediatly. The Transit Connect filled my needs. A no frills work vehicle. Comfortable, with outstanding gas mileage. more suited for my work than a previously owned E-150 cargo van.

Salesman was polite and very professional, took his time to tell me sbiut the vehicle I was purchasing.

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

I bought a used Toyota Tundra at this dealership. At first the truck wouldn’t start and they put in a brand new battery. The windshield has a star crack in it and they are going to put a new windshield in. (I have a buyers order so it’s in the contract). The financing guy was a little pushy. (I didn’t want gap insurance) and when he told me what the warranty was going to cost I lost my temper and stormed out. There was no way I was going to pay $3,500. for a warranty! They came out and talked me down and sold me the warranty for $1. over their cost. Yes the warranty costs them $. I had no idea. They made sure I was happy. Get a good sales person- they are like your defense lawyer and fight for you!! I highly recommend Lisa Sporhn. Just ask for Mama Lisa, she is wonderful to work with! Also Christian (One of the managers) is a really great guy and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

I was looking for a Bullitt Mustang. Of course they had one. Their inventory is amazingly large. But the people were the biggest surprise. The guys at Future Ford were fantastic! There was no pressure at all from the salespeople—Junior and Shane were truly professional in everything they did. The test ride sold me. The ease in making the deal will bring me back to Future Ford. And they made me a screaming deal! John Le was informative and helped walk me through the warranty/maintenance options. I purchased one of several packages solely due to his information and my choice. There was no pressure at all. Had he tried to ‘sell me’ I would have bought none of them. If you need a Mustang, SUV or a Truck, go see Junior or Shane. I rate my experience as a 5 out of 5. Oh, and I LOVE the Bullitt Mustang!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

My experience did not start out great and I left a scathing 1 star review just two weeks ago. I will refrain from repeating the particulars of the combination of events and experiences that earned them that initial review. Brian Zwald (GM) and Mark Roos (Fleet Director) reached out to me very quickly with offers to make the experience right. I was very skeptical that there was anything that we could do. At that point I had already ordered and paid a deposit with the another dealership and was content to wait the seven months for the car I wanted. In the end, Mark and I agreed to a very fair and reasonable price that didn't leave me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. It was almost like the no haggle, no bull crap experience that I wanted from the start. Even better, through some dealer allocation magic, I might even be able to get my car sooner (which to be honest was really the only concession they could offer to get my business back at this point since the other dealer had already done or agreed to much of what they offered). While there is no promise as far as exact time frames or delivery dates (Ford Motor Co still control the manufacturing process and dealer allocations), I am pleased that they are making the effort. I also want to give a shout out to Yves Salas (former Sales Associate of the Year, former Rookie of the Year award, and recently promoted - congrats Yves!) who Mark assigned to worked with me to get the new order going. He was very knowledgeable (I'm one of those people who will ask a question I already have the answer to, so that I can establish a baseline of trust when it comes to the questions I don't have answers for yet), not only about the vehicles he is selling, but seemed to have a great deal of awareness of what else the other manufacturers are up to as well. If only he had been the one working the lot when I stopped by back on December 23rd and had the experience that really started this all off. All of that being said, I am glad we could work something out. This will actually be my fifth purchase from Future Ford since 1999 and I never had a complaint or concern about my prior experiences. While things did not initially go as smoothly as any of us wanted, if things pan out as we hope, I strongly suspect they will see me again when it comes time to buy car number six. Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Buying a car is always painful. They made the process easy, swift, and pleasant. The facilities were inviting. The sales reps were not closing in from all sides like zombies when I arrived at the dealership. Overall a good experience.
