For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

I came in late on a Saturday. I pulled up 15 min before they were to close. The Service Advisor, Greg, stepped up, asked me what was needed and he was off and running. He demonstrated exemplary customer service, empathy, attention to detail and kindness. He went above and beyond in respect, consideration and character by keeping his word and completing the vehicle when he said he would. I was very empressed (obviously). They have a large flat screen TV and provide amenities for those waiting. They have vehicles available to borrow while yours is being repaired as well as service to drive you back home and pick you up if you don't want to borrow a vehicle. Its incredible! This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.
