I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I searched the internet within 500 miles of home for a specific vehicle in my price range and found only one and it was at LKL Motors. Li was thorough so I was able to come prepared then drove 7 hours to get to Puyallup. The next morning we test drove the vehicle and it was exactly what we were wanting. Rick closed the deal with us and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rick, he has good character traits, the type of person I could be friends with. I use my C/V for a bicycle hauler, its great, alarm system means my expensive bikes are safer then in the house. Lots of room for bikes and gear, I also use it to haul stuff around for yard work, Mine is arrest me red, I put on black/alum American mag wheels, get compliments everyday. Fuel mileage is very good. Ride is good. I drove the Transit Connect before buying the C/V, not even close in comfort, getting on the freeway, floor space, 283 hp is amazing.

He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact.
