I searched the internet within 500 miles of home for a specific vehicle in my price range and found only one and it was at LKL Motors. Then I compared price and mileage nationwide and did not find a better deal. I made contact and spoke with Liviu and made the deal. Li was thorough so I was able to come prepared then drove 7 hours to get to Puyallup. The next morning we test drove the vehicle and it was exactly what we were wanting. Rick closed the deal with us and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rick, he has good character traits, the type of person I could be friends with. I appreciated the atmosphere, the quality of their merchandise and the lack of pressure sales tactics that you get from the typical car salesperson.

Buying a used vehicle is always a time consuming stressful event. My car, your car, financing, insurance, inspection. At Auto Outlet, it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. A couple of things that needed attention got fixed quickly. I felt they were fair, responsive and reasonable.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

After driving the Denali 2500 4 door 4wd pick up. I would never buy a different truck handling ,power ,comfort,quality of the heated and a/c leather seats.spacious.can see everthing around yo.

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

We worked with Alex during this visit. He was great. The way that he went through the car buying process was different from any other time I have purchased a car. He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact. I have owned this van for 8 years, I've only spent about $200 in maintenance costs. The van is capable to haul 8 passengers in comfort. Visibility is surprisingly good, with very little in the way of blind spots like some vans. The stout little Vortec V6 has plenty of power even when fully loaded, and can achieve 20 MPG highway. Rear entry is easily accessed through the lift glass hatch and/or lower "barn" doors.

Got it for a delivery service. I retired but still have the e250 it has 449,xxx miles on it and still runs and drives great! No major repairs just the usual I can't get rid of it because of the high mileage and really don't want to. It has the 4.6 They say its the best motor and I believe it!

Great customer service! Tyler and Robert were easy to work with and put absolutely no pressure on us. The vehicles there range greatly in price and condition but they always allow for pre-purchase inspections with your own mechanic. That was really nice and we were able to get my daughter into a car that was safe and reliable. Great cargo van. the V6 engine is powerful. Drives smooth, quiet, comfortable. Good looking exterior. Cons: - Gas mileage too low: only 15MPG on hwy, 9MPG in city (not posted anywhere.) - No glass window on sliding door, which is really needed for right side view. - Dashboard is a little too high, while driver seat can't raise. - No exterior colors to choose, but white only, for NV1500 & 2500, like shown in brochure. Other than these, I like the van a lot after driving more than 1000 miles.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

I was looking for a van and found a good one at Smart Motorz. Kamal was very helpful, available for any question and put no sales pressure on me as I took my time looking through the van for any issues, but found it to be in great shape. Their lot has many good looking cars to choose from and is well worth the trip to view and test drive any of them as they try to offer vehicles that they would want to own themselves.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
