Awesome service, they completed the job in a day. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle from the time the car was dropped off, when it was pull in the service garage, when it was diagnosed, and they also send a video inspection with of the vehicle and the complete results of the diagnostic. They also sent an detailed list of the repair estimate. No surprises?.very professional customer service. I called other Mercedes Benz auto service center but Ricardo Caldera was the best Service Manager I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend it.
