Pulled in Sunday looking for a jeep renegade for my fiancé they were literally the only place that had the vehicle that I wanted and then it literally took less than four hours before I was out there and she was driving her new car home the process was so easy they worked with me on the payments I have bought several new cars in the last 25 years and this by far was probably the easiest and best experience so far

We had an absolutely great experience with Frank the finance Director who actually lowered the original payment monthly of our vehicle after we were told it would be a lot more. He was very thorough with our warranties and insurance and we felt totally confident that everything in our deal with Southern car dealership that could’ve possibly been done to help us in our situation was done. We walked in there in debt and scared and we walked out the proud new owners of a 1500 dodge ram and had an amazing experience. Today while on a business trip in Eureka, my car began to have problems. I was near Courtesy Used Cars and asked for assistance. Was told they’re not a repair shop but would take a look to see what the problem might be. It was a problem with the alternator. They said they could make the repairs and suggested I have lunch at the restaurant while the repairs were being made. The part was ordered at cost and no charges for the repair. My truck was in for warranty work . I had a 7 oclok appointment. Trk didn't get diagnosed until closing time late afternoon . I did get to drive it fixed the next afternoon before closing time . I am grateful that warranty took care of problem (fuelpump) . The ser techs could do a better job communicating to the custs waiting for their vehicles . I had to call everytime to find out what was happening with my vehicle . Other then that all the other people I felt w was very over the top nice and informative .

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

This Van actually do drives like a Mercedes Sedan and the 25-30 mpg keeps money in your pocket. Every part of this Van is much better than what we experienced from other Vans in the past. Very good "work horse" for sure.
