Outstanding customer service, they went above a beyond what a typical dealership would normally do. After buying my used truck from them I decided to ask if they would take care of an issue that I knew of while buying the car. They could of said no because it's wasnt covered under warranty. They took care of everything and gave me a loaner car while the repairs happened. On top of the customer service they gave me more money for my trade in that I ever thought possible. I purchased my car here in December 2022. It has held up since then. No major issues, but I brought it in today, April 20th, 2023 as I could not get my headlight on. On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

I purchased this van (extended cargo 2500 series) new in '99 and have about 70,000 virturally trouble free miles on it. I'm retired and use it to tow a lt. wt. 2,000# trailer as a camper for about 6 mos./yr. As I tow in 3rd I get only 13-14 mpg. but solo, it's gotten as high as 21 with consistent 19-20 in OD. It's comfortable on long hauls out West and it's been in mountains, etc. with no noticable effect on proformance. It holds bikes, boats, supplies, books, 2 cats and my wife and It's still quiet and I love the view from the "top" in the drivers or pass. chairs. I would have loved to have had the all wheel drive option in that in the winter, I rarely take it out as I live in a high snow and hilly environment. In short, I'd have no trouble recommending this vehicle...just the caution about driving in snow conditions with hills.

James was great at getting me into the truck I wanted. Told me about vehicle and let me take it out for test drive. Friendly but not pushy. Was able to work out a trade for my old car. Would highly recommend!

I had the some problem with Labadie Buick Cadillac in Bay City - made all arrangements and drive 36 miles got there and a couple grabbed it out ..after all the promises from sales the night before that they would be waiting for me. bad bad bad policy

With not hesitation Laura said they could get it into the body shop to be corrected either before we picked it up or they could schedule something later if we wanted to take it home sooner. I was working out of town for work so they ended up getting it into the body shop the next day. While I was out of town I was sent pictures of the body work and we picked it up that weekend! To start with, these folks are quite selective about their inventory, so they only sell good quality cars. On top of that, they are so friendly, honest and reasonable that you feel more like you’re buying from family than from a used car salesman. Also, they stand behind their cars with a 30 day guarantee. Finally, I have never seen a cleaner used car then the one my daughter just bought there!

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.
