I tracked my service on my phone and it was accomplished in amazing time. Jason then helped me navigate a question I had about my navigation system. He patiently showed me how to resolve my inquiry and told me to stop back or give him a call should I have further questions. Jason is an asset to your dealership. 3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. The experience in birmingham was horrible, but we contacted Lowery to see if the vehicle that she liked was still available, it was so we drove to Boaz to check it out, Carmela helped us and she was amazing and so friendly. They made us feel welcome and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. My mom bought it and while waiting for the paperwork to sign, Carmela talked with us and got to know who we are. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

My experience at AutoNation was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone involved provided true white-glove service and made me feel valued as a customer. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and welcoming?they even came out to greet me at my car, which I really appreciated. They went above and beyond by offering me a ride home and later calling me to arrange pickup, which made the entire process very convenient. When I returned, they personally escorted me back to my vehicle and ensured everything was taken care of. Throughout my visit, the team was professional, patient, and thorough. They answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything. They also checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and even offered drinks and snacks.
