Had my Jeep in yesterday for its first oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well and waited while work was being done. I really wish someone would have spent a few minutes to wipe there dirty hand prints off the car before finally shiny and to wipe some spilled oil off in the engine compartment. The vehicle was spotless upon dropping it off but not so much afterwards. It’s the small things sometimes you hat makes a huge impression.

I had to make an unexpected purchase of a new vehicle. Let me just say I was nervous and stressed, but "Ed. Overall it was a good experience. I really love the Genesis G80 2.5T they were selling. The salesman and his manager were really nice. They were willing to work with me on purchasing car. The only problem I had was the the distance. Jackson Nissan is in the state of Michigan and I am in El Paso, Texas. If the vehicle was here locally I probably would have bought it. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

He got us an incredible deal on an incredible car that matched every qualification we wanted. If you go in there and they don't have what you want, they are eager and happy to look for what you want at the auctions that they go to. My husband and I like to pay cash for our cars when we get our tax returns in the spring. However, Joseph and his staff are wonderful at financing and finding you a monthly payments that works for your budget. If you are looking for a used car, they should definitely be your first stop. Their honesty and integrity impresses me every time I'm there. We have been getting cars from them for at least a decade and plan to continue for at least another one.

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

Justin hart was very patient and pleasant to work with. He stayed 2 hours past closing time just so i could get the car same day. Even after being offered to finish he persisted to stay if it was what I wanted. The overall process of it was very smooth and simple minus the insurance part; not salesmans fault. He was prepared 100% for any questions asked and paper work part.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
