This was a first-class experience from start to finish. Leon, my salesperson, was very, very good at his job. He slipped me in on a spur-of-the-moment appointment and artfully juggled his very busy schedule to work with me on all aspects of the sales process. I don't live in a large metropolitan area which would offer me many alternatives to comparison shop, but doing business locally is very important to me. I have absolute confidence that my decision to purchase a vehicle with Leon and through Cascade Auto Center was the right decision.

I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

We have bought 2 Cars from Cascade Subaru. Our sales man is Leon. None better. Goes out of his way to please. I have called he with questions and he always has the right answer. I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

I bought my 2017 Subaru Outback at Cascade Subaru in Wenatchee. The Salesman John was the best. Very thorough in showing us our car, and all the extras. So happy with them. We brought our Granddaughter to John to buy her first car too. Love this place. And service department

My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.
