Advantage Chevrolet review
I recently purchased a new vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service I received. Ryan Scott, my sales associate, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to my needs, and never made me feel pressured. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail made the car-buying experience enjoyable. I also want to recognize Dennis Reilly, the Finance Director, for providing exceptional service. He thoroughly explained every step of the financing process, ensured I understood all of my options, and made the paperwork quick and seamless. His professionalism and transparency gave me complete confidence throughout the transaction. Together, Ryan Scott and Dennis Reilly made purchasing my new vehicle a truly excellent experience. Their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with both of them if you’re looking for a stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!
2020 Chevrolet Blazer review
Bough this Blazer brand new in June of 2020 and it has been very reliable with zero issues. All we have done is change the oil and rotate the tires on schedule. I am 6' tall with a prosthetic leg and I can get in and out with minimum struggles, whereas vehicle is driven mostly by my wife as a grandkid hauler on a regular basis with no complaints from her about anything save a TPS module failing in one tire. We did opt to get the 3.6L V-6 and what a powerful engine, 308 HP that leaves no want for more power. I did get a de-activator for the active fuel management system. I am concerned about camshaft and lifter failure as a known issue with this engine down the road. Also have heard and read about timing chain issues that will need to be replaced between 80k miles and 120k miles. This is a wear part that will need to be dealt with but remains much less than the sales tax on a new vehicle.
