We went to RMR to "just look" at a Range Rover. We were impressed from the moment we drove up. We were greeted promptly, taken to the car directly, given the best low pressure experience and drive it home. We had our daughters (4 year old twins) with us and they were welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend RMR to anyone looking for a Rover or anything else they have in stock!

I did business with these guysvl all online, and had a great experience, car was as they advertised it. Had my own transport guy drive from Northern CA. To pick it up because I trust him on checking it out. I wish I could have gone in person just to see the place and meet the guys. It takes a minute for them to get back to you, but your not their only customer, learn patients or buy some speedy to sell junk. I will definitely do business with them again. I've been buying cars for 19+ years and this was the best dealership experience I've ever had. In total, I've bought approximately 15 cars in that time period so that shows you how many dealerships I've been to. So what is the reason why I liked my experience here so much? Well, it's because I felt like they were real people and not con artists. They actually to talk to me like a human being. They were upfront and honest with me (to the best of my knowledge). They gave me extra parts for the car that I bought and even through and two T-shirts. It seems to be a family owned and run the right way. I spoke to the owner who is very friendly and kind for way longer than I needed to. I had already bought the car and yet I hung around to chit chat about cars with him. It was a good time. There was some very minor haggling on the price of the vehicle I purchased as well as my trade-in but it was way better than what I've experienced in the past . If they were actually closer to where I live I would gladly go back for all of my future car purchases. I still may do that anyway despite being over 120 miles away .

He sat down with us and went over what we thought about it and then started working on financing with us. Mike Phelps, the finance manager, then took over. He was great! He contacted some financiers and found the best rate for us. He did not pressure us to get anything we did not want to get. He got us a good payment. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealer, and we would also go back again.

Contacted Karim (owner) who was very friendly and easy to work with. He displayed honesty and integrity as he critiqued the Mustang via FaceTime. I was in the market for a Ford Model A Coupe and started looking around local and on the internet. I quickly found a very nice 1930 Model A coupe on the Web site for GR auto gallery at the Indianapolis location, the pictures were very good and the video was outstanding. I'm from Oklahoma City and could not drive there just to look at the car, I spoke with Jack Smalley quite a bit about the details of the car and I was convinced the car was exactly what I wanted and again great pictures and video. Jack also arranged the details for shipping the car to my driveway in an enclosed trailer in a very short time. Absolutely no regrets on the purchase of the car.
