Overall Ben found the car my wife wanted at a very good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was when taking delivery I found a small chip in the paint on the front bumper, no gas in car, and it was not detailed very well. I would have expected a show room quality car at delivery. This was not Bens fault it was his support staff. After they did a so so job of detailing it I would have thought they would have said somiabout the cio in the paint but no I had to find it. They say they are going to take care of it. We will see if they repaint it or just use the touch up paint.

Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.
My husband and I want to commend ms Hilda Garza and the finance manager David. My husband Shannon called the dealership and told them exactly what he was looking for in a truck and when we arrived ms Garza had the truck picked out to show us and withing a few hours we were doing paperwork and approved with 0% intrest!!!!....also I wanted to trade my mustang in on a new truck so in a few days later after my husband purchased his f150 4x4 .....we came back and once again Ms Hilda Garza helped me find the truck I wanted and she also made this buying experience pleasant as the first time we bought and again within a few hours we were signing papers on my new f150 4x4 truck I wanted!!!!.....Thank you ms Hilda Garza we love our new ford trucks!;)
Hanza was fantastic (as always) with my repairs, taking care of me, and extremely responsive. I cannot say enough good things about him! While waiting for my car, I test drove a 2019 X5 with. My sales person. Dennis Warren. I trust Dennis implicitly and will purchase my 3rd BMW from him in 2019 b/c of his fantastic service, care for customer, authentic style, and depth of knowledge .

Everest Motors, diesel truck division were a little slow in understanding the demands of my rigorous work schedule (6 days a week/12 to 14hrs per, or 21 straight ) which didn't leave much time to come in and inspect, review and pick up the truck. BUT, they quickly realized and worked above the norm to help close this deal. Brad Esmaeili, my sales guy along with the rest of the team, rose to the occasion and got it done. They also did some post sale work on the truck on a really simple erroneous error, code, sending it back to the mechanics to go through everything as they stand behind their trucks. In the end, I am happy and would buy from them in the future.
I had the best truck buying experience ever at Everest Motors. Victor and Bardia worked very closely with me showing vehicles, and answering all my questions. They were very professional and totally customer oriented. It was obvious their goal is complete customer satisfaction and I am very proud to say that it was achieved. They were awesome ! The F250 turbo diesel Platinum Truck I got was a beauty with low miles, still under factory warranty and it looked brand new. I love this truck ! There inventory was awesome and it was hard to choose.... they had so many great trucks for near wholesale prices. This is a company that is second to none when it comes to serving the public with a large selection of diesel trucks. Their pricing is also well below market retail value and they work very hard to earn your business. I didn't actually get the chance to purchase a truck from this dealership as I was a day too late... it was just sold to another buyer. However, they were very courteous and replied to my emails almost instantly. I was hoping to buy but I waited too long to make my move. If they happen to acquire the same model I would not hesitate to buy from Everest motors!
Came to buy a truck, talked on the Phone with Victor, he answered every one of my questions, he never left me hanging. Management is very respectful and helpful as well! I discussed the issue I had and reviewed the maintenance records I brought with me with Eric, my service rep. Eric was very helpful throughout. The dealership agreed to replace the missing wheel security lugnuts at no charge. Although the replacement lugnuts were not in stock, Eric called me later that same day and arranged for the lugnuts to be quickly installed.
