And here’s where Byers surprised me. No marathon. No “let me talk to my manager” disappearing act. I moved a little, they moved a little… done. Quick, fair, and refreshingly free of the usual nickel-and-dime routine. It felt more like a conversation than a contest. Next stop, finance, where I met Luke Flowers. Now I walked in with a preapproval from Capital One at around 10%, thinking I was set. Luke takes a look and says, “Mind if I try to beat that?” That’s usually dealer-speak for “this might take a while,” but sure enough, he comes back and knocks it down to 8%. Any time someone saves you two points on a loan, that’s not just paperwork… that’s real money back in your pocket. And I don’t care who you are, that’ll put a little extra pep in your step walking out the door. End of the day, the whole experience at Byers Chevy in Groveport was exactly what you hope for but don’t always get… low stress, professional, and actually pleasant. Eddie set the tone early with responsiveness. Luke delivered where it counts. But Austin? He’s the guy who tied the whole thing together. Calm, genuine, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you’re shopping from a distance and wondering if the trip is worth it… yeah, it is. And if you get Austin… well, go ahead and relax a little. You’re in good hands.

We were put in a situation where a truck upgrade was in order, but we didn't want to purchase a new one. Our 2020 SUV was declared "total loss" after hitting a deer while on vacation. Insurance furnished us with a rental car to drive home & to use the following week for scheduled medical appointments that were 1000 miles from our home. Once we returned home, my wife & I decided to upgrade our truck, and not replace the SUV; so, the search began. We wanted a truck capable of pulling our travel trailer and, hopefully, fit in our garage. Not 45 minutes into my search, I found one that I wanted to look at & drive. It was just 7 miles from home! I showed the pictures to my wife, asked her if she wanted to go look with me (knowing the answer), and we headed to the dealership. We met with John, "took the truck for a spin", and returned to discuss details on our trade-in, because we really liked the truck. We had the credit check done; the details of the financing and down payment discussed, and we decided to make the deal. Since we were leaving for Houston very early the next morning, we didn't want to do the paperwork and take delivery until we returned from our trip. We put some money down to hold it until our return home. We've only had the truck four days, but we're overjoyed with it so far. I also can't say enough about the treatment we have received from John and the manager we worked with!

This is a great car. Super sporty classic looking, 30th anniversary edition. Not super loud with exhaust. New tires, aftermarket radio, A/C works great, convertible top works great too

1997 Chevrolet Camaro review
I’ve have had my red 97 Camaro since 2015 and lucked out with only 60K factory miles with no damages on history and clean title. And absolute beautiful car that runs great and gets decent gas millage for the year. I love turning heads when it’s clean and sounding good. Would never sell this car nor trade it.

1997 Chevrolet Camaro review
I've owned my sebring silver Z28 T-Top "machine" since new. It has been a spare "toy" car all of that time, with only 20,000 miles on it currently. However, it's looks and feel keep me from parting with it, and every one of those miles put a smile on my face. I have looked at newer Camaros, Corvettes and Mustangs in recent years, but they don't really feel and look as nice as my 97. In fact, side by side views make the newer cars look bloated compared my Gen 3 Camaro. If you are looking for one make sure to find a Z28 or SS with the LT-1 V8 engine. You won't be disappointed.

Hot cherry red V8 that squeals tires and corners on Rails is the most fun you can have in a fast car. Still working on spiffing it up. But it runs and drives great.
