I had been looking for a particular type of car online and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for at Peak Auto Sales. The only problem was that I live in Wisconsin. I called and spoke with Burt and he was extremely accommodating in all respects to help me to feel comfortable with buying a car from out of state. When I was ready to move forward Burt even offered to pick me up at the airport. When I arrived on-site the whole team was great to work with including Burt, Matt, and Chris. They had all of the paperwork ready so that I could get in and out quickly and on the road to Wisconsin. When I got home I realized that in the rush I had forgotten the spare key at the dealership and they offered to FedEx it to me at no cost! If given the opportunity again, I would certainly purchase a vehicle from Peak Auto Sales.

I can't say enough about how pleasant this car purchase was. Ryan was very low key but eager to do what he could to help us get into the car that we were there to get. I originally found the car on-line and just happened to be in the area, so I figured I would stop in to take a look. He didn't act like the typical vulture that attacks you as you step onto the lot. He simply said hello and stepped back while we looked but kept himself available for questions. We actually did not come to a deal on that first trip, and we were both totally ok with it. I called him back almost a week later and we were able to work something out. I told him I'd like to think about it over night and he said to "take as much time as you need". I drove back up their (2.5 hours) 2 days later and made the purchase. This probably wouldn't have happened had Ryan been pushy. We had a blast driving our new car home and I've been happy with it since. I was very impressed with Ryan.
Went there to look at a different vehicle, but when I saw it, I changed my mind. Not that it was horrible or anything, but it was a bit more "used" than what I was interested in. But, they have quite a selection of used vehicles, and it wasn't long before I found the Envoy that I wound up buying.
This is a no nonsense, no frills kind of a place, and they keep their prices reasonable.
All in all, a positive experience, except for one small thing. They wanted me to use my ATM card instead of accepting a check. That required a phone call to my bank to get permission to make a purchase that was above the cards limit. Not a great big deal, but a bit of a hassle.
This is the second car I’ve purchased here- I traded in the first and now financed the second. He had no problem showing it to my mechanic who was also pleased with the place. Thanks for another great car!
Was skeptical after reading some of the reviews on here but I showed up from two hours away looking for a specific vehicle on the lot. Guys had it cleaned off and ready for me to drive, the salesman Garry was very courteous, worked with me through the buying process, offered my girlfriend and I refreshments while waiting on paperwork to be finished; even recommended places to eat since we were talking about being hungry. And within two hours of showing up I left with the vehicle and was very pleased with it and the dealership.
Bought a 2008 Mazda 3 for my daughter, and I was apprehensive because the driver power window switch was faulty. They told me it was on order, so I bought the car..sure enough, they got my switch, even after they had my money!!!
I bought a 2006 ford fusion in April 2017. with taxes paid about 4500 dollars. The sales people were friendly and not misleading! The car had little rust some dings but over all a nice running car. the car had a lot of new parts on it. The only things it needed were a wheel alignment front tie rod end and fluid change, I put alittle money in this car but its been awesome! drove to Canada and Boston no problems! Mark S
I had heard good things about this lot so I drove across the state to check out an advertised vehicle i was interested in. I generally will not buy a car from a high-pressure dealer or someone who insults your intelligence with sales tactics. These folks appeared honest, straightforward and treated me fairly. The location is kind of off-putting but I recommend this place.
