I had a good experience buying my new truck through Laura. John Touchette was a great salesman throughout the process. Laura provided financing that got me the truck i wanted at a fair price with good interest rate! The whole signing and pickup at the dealership took about an hour. Thanks Laura
2007 Chevrolet Corvette review
I bought my 2007 Convertible Z51 3LT in October of 2024. It had 118,000 and now has just over 125,000 miles. This car was someone’s toy as it has a cold air Vararam intake and long tube headers, and has been very well cared for as well. It still looks and drives like new, not bad for an 18 year old car. My only knock on the car is the interior is a lot of plastic and kind of blah. The Center stack is right out of the GM parts bin, nothing special. Raising and lowering the top is as simple as releasing the center handle and pushing a button for up or down. Only the 3 LT does that little trick, the rest are manual. Performance wise, stock it was 5 HP shy of a C5 Z06, mine is making 505 at the wheels very similar to a C6 Z06. When you stomp that loud pedal you better be focused and right with Jesus. I kinda got in trouble when I bought it, my wife as not as excited as I was until we had our first date in the car, she forgave me and I bought her a convertible Mustang a month later.

1986 Chevrolet Corvette review
Found the car a handful at first, brought home after checking paper trial, only had a 100 miles, this was July 2021! At 76 knew would have to be ready to replace all the obvious things, so replaced the battery, had it installed to watch specifically to see how thry opened the hood:) Then got oil change put 30 weight oil and took it to be smogged. First car I ever have had that passed smog first time:) Still it would not start and used my AAA a few times to start until decided to check all the things I did on my Scout and old Mercedes. The overflow had serious pressure build up, us old farts called vapor lock, check the oil, tranny fluids. Closed the hood, car started right up! So the next day just tried to start, it started so thought my cure was not:) But drove it in pretty hot temperature that day. The next day would not start, so vented the overflow, left the hood up and kicked it over and it started? Then a little latter it started to overheat, weather was really bad heat wise so cut it some slack, but after it just kept going after 250, which is what they told me this engine liked I got scared, thought thermostat or even water pump was taking a crap, turned out that I had a hair pin hole in one exhaust and the air conditioning unit needed servicing, being a Veteran never liked air conditioning, always was more problem then benefit, but on this the price to fix and part replacement and a few loose plug wires were all it needed. They told me to bring it back after 60,000 miles to get it tuned:) Had to put a new front end assembly cost close to 1500 but knew that before I bought from another retired Navy Veteran and could have kept driving it without doing right away. At 76 brings back memories' of being 17 with my 1954 beast, and many buds who are still out on patrol...

1993 Chevrolet Corvette review
I've owned comaros drove everything on the rd and I absolutely love this model corvette the only problem I ever had was having to pull the Fuze so the antenna would go down and I also run a wire to the fan and hooked it up so it would come on at 200 degrees. I was jus uncomfortable with the fact it might heat up in traffic with air running as well. All that said this car rides surprisingly smooth handles like a dream got torque even at high speed when u nail it.

1992 Chevrolet Corvette review
I purchased a torch red 92 in October 2023 with 36,000 miles on it and have changed the tires, battery, plugs, wires, air filter, 02 sensor on driver side and it runs and drives like a dream while getting plenty of compliments. I did own a 94 12 years back but it was not as much fun as this one has been. Nothing more fun than cruising with the top down and the tunes up! If you own one with the Opti-spark, check the recall list on GM, you may be due for the updated version at GMs expense. I have replaced one on my 94 and they are a pain in the aXX to replace.

1969 Chevrolet Corvette review
It's primitive compared to today's cars - 4 speed manual transmission, manual brakes, heat is on or off (but the A/C will blow ice cubes out of the vents), gauges instead of idiot lights, with an actual carburetor and distributor! I LOVE IT! Yes, it requires regular maintenance. No, it doesn't get great gas mileage, but really, would you buy a car like this for its MPG? No. It's one of the best looking cars ever designed, and it's so fun to drive. Everywhere I go, people come over to look at it and talk about it. You don't get that with today's look-alike cars. It has gobs of power for its weight (less than 10lbs/HP). With an upgraded suspension, it not only holds its own against modern cars, you have to move into serious $$$$ territory before you can beat it. Best of all, I don't need thousands of dollars of electronic test equipment to figure out what's wrong with it when it doesn't run right. AND, it's really easy and cheap to fix. Parts are readily available. There aren't any $100 sensors in it, that are no bigger than your thumb, which take 3 hours of labor just to get to them and change them out. I'll keep this car until the day I die.

I would only recommend this care for those who are willing to work on it and are okay with it breaking down. This care is nearly 40 years old (as of this review) and most of them with low miles sit and when driven the problems begin to bubble to the surface. So if you are unwilling to need to work on it but still want a corvette my suggestion is to get a c6 or newer.

2006 Chevrolet Corvette review
After 63 years of driving, my 2006 C6 Corvette Base Convertible is my favorite car ever. Past sport cars include 3 versions of Mazda Miata, 14 Porsches (including 914/6, 1973 RS Carrera, 1967 911S soft window Targa, 1979 Turbo Carrera, and IMSA 914/6 track car). I dislike the Corvette weight, width in the garage, and lumbering response to the wheel, but the flatness in a turn and the throttle response are amazing. I find it absolutely beautiful to look at, and the auto transmission (6 Spd w/paddle shifters) is the first automatic I have enjoyed in a sport car. This is my first Corvette after all those Porsches, and I am amazed at the refinement and attention to detail in this car. Leather seats are fairly nice, but they are a little overshadowed by excess interior plastic. The black exterior blends with the black interior and leather, and softens the interior starkness somewhat, but the width of the door sill is an unusual inconvenience.

I had my 2004 for 10 years. Great car and performance. At 6'2" the C5 provides me with comfort which its predecessors do not. Only issues have been the ignition switch a common problem which I changed out fairly easily, and the climate control lighting which I fixed by resoldering the board.

C2 styling is one of the best that Chevy ever produced. This car will continue to go up in value every year, better than money in the bank. While being over 50 years old, I've never had any issues with this car, always starts right up, run great. Never overheats as I added electric cooling fans in addition to the mechanical cooling fan.

I had a smooth experience using Cars.com while searching for my next car. One feature I found especially helpful was the ability to save searches and track listings I was interested in. It made it easy to come back later and continue where I left off without starting over. The platform felt well-organized, and everything was easy to access. This helped me stay focused and avoid feeling overwhelmed by too many options. Overall, it made my car search more manageable and efficient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a structured and user-friendly experience.
