Best part of the sale was how they treated our kids from the salesman to Cierra talking with our kids on snocross. She gave our daughter pointers on racing and they must have worked, she placed 2nd in the next race. This means the world to us on how someone can take the time to talk with younger racers and help them. Our salesman was more than helpful, from making sure we where happy with the deal. All aspects: 1) Up front pricing & discounts. Our sales rep, Joe Meador, was especially knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to listen to our concerns & made every effort to assist. The best salesman I've ever worked with when purchasing a new vehicle. 2) Finance department had everything in order for the final 'signing' which went smoothly with little time required. 3) A feeling of assisting the customer to the fullest possible outcome exists the minute you walk in the door. Everyone was courteous and ready to make our experience the most pleasant. Since I'm only allowed a rating of 5, that is what was given. In actuality, the experience was more like a '10'.

I am satisfied with my visit. I do think more thorough inspections should be done. My headlight was out and I knew this before the visit, but on the checklist it was marked as good. I love the cookies that are left after service visits as well .
