Alex was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. When I expressed my concerns about covid he kindly agreed to wear a mask and arranged for the process to be conducted outdoors as much as possible. He also expedited the sale process because he understood that I needed to drive the vehicle back to the SF Bay Area that day. It was fabulous. The service people went above and beyond expectation! They took care of me right when I arrived. Simpson Chevrolet is the best! I had bought my car as well and the transaction was just as great.

I called Tonya and she was able to schedule me for my oil change. I dropped the car off in the early morning and they got me an uber back to work. I was notified during the service and when it was completed. All went very smoothly, and I was dropped off to pick up my vehicle.
