He went over all the features available. This really helped us make an informed decision on the purchase of our traverse. Once we purchased a vehicle he went over the features in the car and helped us set up the onstar.

Dave was our salesman and he was amazing. So friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our needs and worked very hard to help us find the right fit. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but if he did not know something, he spent some time to figure it out and showed us the next time we returned. We wanted to use our own credit union for financing to get the best interest rate possible. We felt a little pressure by the manager to try to use the finance companies through the dealership, even to the point that the finance guy was brought out to speak to us. We politely listened to what he had to say and declined his offer. When we came back to purchase the vehicle and had to sit down with him to complete the paperwork, he seemed a little put off and would not make eye contact with us. It felt like he was pouting because we did not allow him to try to get our car financed. Seems to me that should be something that he could shrug off a little easier than he did.

My Traverse was due for routine maintenance. I was able to schedule my visit easily. My car was checked in and the service was completed very promptly.

This is the second Subaru I have bought from this dealer. The wife bought her Outback in 2015, and she is still in love with it. Due to physical issues, I needed a car that was easier for me to get into, decided to give the Forester a look and it was a perfect fit. I am also well pleased with the service dept and sales staff. Everyone was friendly and courteous. We weren't rushed and took the time to answer any questions we had and asked multiple times if we had any questions. Our team member Joe Z went above and beyond for us. He was AMAZING with our daughter, making sure she felt that she was part of our buying process. He even shared his snacks with her lol she had mentioned she was getting hungry (we were there around 5pm) so he was quick to go get drinks and snacks. We are THANKFUL for Joe Z. I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach.
