I was not happy with my dealings with Paddock. I went in to look at a specific car, was contacted to verify that morning if I was still coming in, and when I got there was told the car was already sold. I should have been contacted regarding this!
Not sure what I was going to do today while turning in my leased vehicle,however I ended up leaving with a new vehicle. Don't be fooled by the size of the dealership. ABSOLUTELY the friendliest, no pressure vehicle buying experience that you will ever have. I have avoided going in out of fear of high pressure sales. I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram CV Tradesman from Motortime Auto Sales and had a great experience. Motortime had a great selection of white commercial vans and I choose the Tradesman because it is the perfect size for my small cleaning business. Ben (owner) assisted me with the entire purchase experience. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable on the van’s features and functionality. I asked him if he was negotiable on the price and he offered to reduce the price by about $500.00. The reduced price was fair and in alignment with Kelly Blue Book and what other dealers were asking for similar vehicles. The best part was that when I informed Ben I was in Indiana and would need to arrange for someone else to drive to Ohio to pick up the van, Ben asked where I was located and then offered to personally drive the vehicle to me over that coming weekend. He had a mother’s day function to go to in Indiana. Ben coordinated all the paperwork quickly for the sale and transfer of the title. It was an absolute breeze working with Ben and he made this purchase a pleasant experience. If you are to purchase a new Express 1500, make sure it's AWD. I don't think the 2015 Chevy comes in AWD, so go for the Savanna GMC.
I was dreading buying a newer car but Troy made the entire process painless and easy! He will help you in anyway he can to get you into the car you want. I???ll definitely be returning when I get my next car. In the meantime I???m enjoying my 2017 Nissan Rogue. Thanks Troy and Concord Cars!!

Mark answered all of my questions on the car and took time to get some photos before I came in. The car was cleaned up, the oil was changed, and the gas was topped off prior to use taking delivery of the car.
Not only did they have an amazing deal on a 2000 mile old car, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and the car had an amazing CPO warranty.

After getting rid of my Buick enclave because of endless problems,needed something more reliable. They had exactly what I was looking for and more options on the lot within price range. They have good quality cars, nice laid back salesman. Worked with me and held the car. Had a 360 point inspection by mechanic and came back no problems which was good to hear. Y'all give them a chance before going anywhere else.
Needed a replacement Kia Sedona for work and needed it fast.
