We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Is was the best car I’ve ever bought that’s I’ve ever seen. No rust, no issues! I had a bmw before and they gave me a great deal on the trade in value. The car was in great condition and I have no regrets. I drove all the way from Chicago and o had no regrets at all whatsoever. They took 45 minutes washing my car and I even had a massage while they were at it. It felt like home and everyone was being very nice. I can’t complain, great car and got a great massage.
