Awesome vehicle and definitely a gas saver. Still feels like brand new! Was actually my dream car, feels great to have had accomplished it and proud its chevy.
We found the salesperson helpful in every way as we went through our process of buying a new car. He walked us through all the paperwork and explained things we didn't understand. Explained things about the car we bought, all in all, it was a good experience and we would gladly recommend Grossinger to our friends and family

I just purchased this vehicle about 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it! The one I got has captain seats in the second row which are very comfortable, the third row however is not very comfortable as an adult but i am sure would be fine for kids!
$45 to patch a flat tire, Unbelievable, will not be going there again as I have been for the last 2 yrs. Service dept always friendly. But after I bought my new car in June, I call with questions about the title and no one every picks up the phone in Sales dept or in Title dept. Tried several times rings 10 times after girl transfers me. Finally got a voice mail after numerous tries and left 2 messages with 2 different people that was 3 weeks ago, never returned my call even with the finance dept. Terrible communication there. Yesterday place was deserted in the Sales area

I drive the car to work and home only. It has never given me any trouble. All mechanical records were kept by Jeff Wyler of Columbus in Canal Winchester Ohio.
I purchased my used Alfa Romeo back in June. When my SiriusXM radio turned off it caused some confusion since the dealer said I am getting a one year complimentary subscription. Turns out since my car was used, the radio trial was aging while the dealership owned the vehicle.
I was reached out to by Leanne and she was very helpful in fixing the situation. I know that having to deal with third parties can be difficult but she took the time and had the patience to discuss options with Sirius. I appreciate her efforts to make me happy and I was pleased to get the service I was originally promised.
I should also mention that I have never met Leanne and I did not buy my car from her. She was helping me because it was the right thing to do and I am a customer. Nothing in it for her!
Thanks again for the help!

Great little car with the accent on ?little?. Have put 20,000 miles on it, and bought it with 10,000. It is a bit noisy, but I bought it for the commuter car it is! Only changed oil and it is just what I wanted! Easy turn radius, and will drive it forever!
We were shopping for a Levante and came across a beautiful GranLusso in Schaumburg, over 400 miles away. Leanne was terrific. She answered our questions, sent additional photos and even scheduled a virtual delivery call, walking us through all the bells and whistles of the new car after it was delivered to our front door. We highly recommend Zeigler and be sure to ask for Leanne.

The car is very comfortable. Love the many options, heated seats and steering wheel, backup camera, remote start. This is my third impala and have not been disappointed.

This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck
I worked with Jimmy to buy a used Ford Fusion Energi, and I cannot say enough good things about the car, process, salesman, and dealership. Although they made a mistake telling me I had a full warranty when I didn’t, they honored an issue I had with the car and fixed it for free. They pointed out a recall and fixed that, too. Truly great integrity, as they could have told me to take a hike for the one repair. Jimmy was very communicative and upfront. The dealer made a fair deal where both us walked away happy. If there is a car there that you like, go and talk to them. You’ll be glad you did.

The car is nice. But there are some issues with car. After few months middle row car seats is going to make rattling noises. Prolly sooner have to change the car seats molding. Car Radio issue it would stop by it self. Lot of fixed needs to done for this truck.
I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have an open car loan. The apr rate was 19.25%! 450 a month car note. I was gonna keep my car because I didn’t want to give it back and have the hassle of trying to find a vehicle and not finding one in time. Well Kevin’s office from Howard sent me a flyer saying that I was preapproved and they could get me in a vehicle! Well I said this is a scam like all other places! It was not! I did the application, went in looked at vehicles.. found a few I liked.. drove them.. picked 1.. financed it and I’m out the door with a new Kia Sportage LX! And I’m happy as can be! Lower car note and lower apr! Did I mention my previous car was a Nissan Sentra? Yeah big upgrade!

Great sized SUV to fit our all around needs. Not to big and not too small. Appealing interior with a sporty design. Just enough "bells & whistles" without having to bust out too much cash. Good fit for kids in the back seat or even a solo commuter with the highway MPG. Great trunk for groceries or travel necessities. Haven't had any performance issues yet. All-around solid car.
By far the best dealer I have ever visited. I have purchased 8 vehicles from here and drive 25 plus miles to go there for every oil change because they are head and shoulders better than any of the local dealers I have visited in the past.

I think it’s great it just need some better speakers. It’s only my second car but it’s great to hear the sound of that V8 engine as I’m driving.
I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.

This car has been everything! I wanted a vehicle I could feel safe in and would get me where ever I needed with out a problem. It has all wheel drive which is great in the state I live in. It has plenty of room and it’s very sleek inside. I’m so happy I made this purchase.
Manny my new sales guy was amazing. He treated my wife and I like family. He made the options available to us so clean and concise. He explained every point and change in the car purchase to us. He left room for asking questions when we needed to do so. Manny was the best!! The finance guy was cool with explaining the details of how and what was needed to be done for the our new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him too.

I'm confused about all these 4 and 5 star ratings, are we reviewing the same vehicle? The sonic is one word, poor, in warranty, reliability, fit and finish.
