2004 Chevrolet Malibu Maxx review
This car was purchased to haul children and an elderly parent. The back seat is roomy and the seats adjust. This was especially important because my mother needed the seat up straight (not recline) in order to get in and out of the car. The back seat had enough room that I was able to assist her in getting in and out. The rear hatch door has a tray table and a plug to use a slow cooker. etc. great tailgating features! The seats are soft and adjustable. Overall this is a great car, which is why I held on to it so long.

2005 Chevrolet Malibu Maxx review
If you wish to remain celibate, this is the vehicle for you! I've essentially have earned mine through attrition! My wife bought this car brand spanking new in 2005. Her 1st ever on her own. it never ceases to impress with the amount of power it has. Truly over-powered for its weight! I've had to do some maintenance other than tune-ups and oil changes, but for as ugly as this car is, I'm impressed with its durability! It just won't die!

Has been in my family's life since new, never needed any huge repairs and the car is 17 years old! Great on gas, cheap parts can be found anywhere (GM), and every mechanic knows how to work on it.

Bought new in 04 and in 2022 with 175k miles still running well. Original almost everything except tires and battery. Transmission might be starting to slip.
