I had been looking for a particular type of car online and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for at Peak Auto Sales. The only problem was that I live in Wisconsin. I called and spoke with Burt and he was extremely accommodating in all respects to help me to feel comfortable with buying a car from out of state. When I was ready to move forward Burt even offered to pick me up at the airport. When I arrived on-site the whole team was great to work with including Burt, Matt, and Chris. They had all of the paperwork ready so that I could get in and out quickly and on the road to Wisconsin. When I got home I realized that in the rush I had forgotten the spare key at the dealership and they offered to FedEx it to me at no cost! If given the opportunity again, I would certainly purchase a vehicle from Peak Auto Sales.
This is the best of five dealerships I have dealt with this year. I have purchased 4 cars this year. I found the truck I wanted at Approval Auto Credit. We reached a fair price and I was in and out in less than an hour. I found my salesman, Matt, to be very genuine. If my kids have another accident, I'll be sure to check out Matt @ Approval Auto Credit. The other dealerships where I purchased cars were a hastle to deal with on price and the closing of the sale was a pain. Two other dealerships I have shopped this year were horrible. One tried to sell me a real lemon and the other was also suspect.Approval Auto Credit will be my first choice in the future.
Just purchased a vehicle from Allen Auto, sold by Buddy Pugh. I found him most helpful and honest. They had advertised the vehicle I wanted for what I felt was a high price. Due to it's near new condition I took a chance. I found Buddy most helpful and willing to negoiate even after I felt we reached an impasse he continued to work the price. While it took some time (about an hour)they even managed to get me a lower finance rate then my credit union & bank offered. Buddy is not you typical high pressure salesman. Overall it was a very good experience. They now have me as a customer for life.
While I was in Shawano, WI on vacation the front under carriage panel came loose and was dragging on the ground while I was driving.
I stopped into the Executive Auto Sales at 1204 E. Green Bay St., Shawano, WI. to have it fixed so I could continue on my trip. The sales manager had one the service tech's fix problem and did not charge me for the repair.
I was extremely grateful the he was so generous and kind to do this for me. Next time I am back in that town I will stop in to say hello to him and his staff.
He truly is a very nice person that cares about his customers.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle there they responded very quickly to my inquiry. They were very helpful but not pushy which is exactly how I like it. I would definitely recommend them to other customers.
I went down to Somerset from Louisville blind as to what type of dealership it was, and honestly, it was great. The staff let me take the truck out for a spin (even in the rain), then went over the strengths and weaknesses of the vehicle for my needs. We got rolling on numbers pretty quickly, and after a quick back-and-forth, we settled on a number that everybody could live with. The whole thing was pretty painless, and I'd recommend the dealership to anyone.
I spoke with Austin regarding a blazer for sale. He went above and beyond my expectations of any dealer. He was honest and upfront about everything even sent me pictures of underneath the body and any type of rust on the vehicle. Due to the fact that I couldn't just drive down and look at it I live 11 hours away from his dealership. I would recommend speaking with Austin for your next car purchase
