My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

Ive driven 43,000 miles. Runs and drives great. Love the 10 spd transmission for towing. Only issue was a faulty clock spring for heated steer wheel. Under warranty. Has the 6.2 ltr motor

5.3L, 18,000 miles, 2021 TB LT and have had no real issues. Ebrake triggered a warning message which was reset 1,000 miles ago no warning light since. MPG is decent but if you like to drive a vehicle it will be 13-14mpg. Wish the exhaust made real noise and GM loves thier 33's, come on 35s look fantastic. I had a 2017 LT Z71 5.3L L82 and had no issues at 65,000 miles when I traded her in.

Geo, is the best salesperson who put faith back into dealerships and salespeople. He Kept every word promised and did an excellent job communicating, helping, and answering concerns. It was worth the 12 hr drive to do business with him. He should be promoted for going above and beyond his job. He was the last person to leave late at night and even helped move our things to the new car to complete his sale. Great salesperson and would make a great manager! I worked with Julio when I went to possibly purchase a car from McRee Ford. I had done months of research and I knew the exact numbers I wanted and what was actually feasible. I knew I wanted a good, borderline great deal according to the true car values. Julio was super helpful showing me around, especially considering a had a rambunctious 2 year old wreaking havoc on the store during the process. He showed me everything I wanted to see and tried explaining everything that he could about the car. As for the buying process, I was firm in only going up to a certain amount and being ok with them accepting or refusing my offer. After some quick back and forth, they finally accepted what I feel is a very fair offer for both of us. Overall, I could not be more happy with the entire process.

It was time for my Equinox to be serviced and in addition I had an engine warning light appear on my dash. I was assigned service adviser Sean Simonz who did an excellent job in assisting me. I would also like to thank service manager Michelle Hernandez to whom I talked when my call was transferred to the service department and who assigned Sean to be my advisor. I have had my Equinox serviced at Sterling McCall for years and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the work done and impressed by how pleasant and efficient their employees are.

Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.
