As my salesman, Jon went out of his way to listen to my needs and try to meet them, without trying to push something on me. He showed me options which would meet most of my wants while trying to meet a list of needs to probably don't exist in one vehicle! I really enjoyed talking with him and his knowledge was helpful in allowing me to understand what I was truly looking for.
We found online the vehicle we were looking for. They have texted with us every day during the buying process. We have decided to purchase from Hulett, put down a deposit, and submitted everything for the paper work. So far so good! Only thing left is to pick up the vehicle - trusting that will continue our 5-star experience!

We did and Matt was there to show us the truck. He answered all of our questions and demonstrated how to use all of the features the truck was equipped with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the details involved with purchasing one. He and the dealership did everything they said they would when our deal was completed! I purchased a diesel truck from Burkholders and was told it was inspected top to bottom nothing was wrong with it. They don’t provide any type of 30 day warranty on vehicles you purchase from them as they stand by their word on making sure nothing will happen to the vehicle it’s in good condition. Straight from the salesman. Well two weeks later the truck went from 75mph to 50mph in seconds. Come to find out it was the fuel filter and the O ring wasn’t installed properly. So most diesels when you get an oil change you replace the fuel filter also which this company did do but installed it incorrectly. I called to ask for reimbursement or if they could do anything and of course what do I get no sorry we can’t do anything for you. Standing by their word means when you buy it and you’re out the door don’t expect them to help you out.
The showroom was a little warm when we went in to search for the right car for us but they quickly turned on the air to make us all comfortable! Shaun was so patient and helpful during the process. He covered all the features of the car and made sure we knew everything about it! Shaun asked us what features and color we wanted on the XT5 and entered them into the data base and had us the perfect car in minutes. When Jody entered the process, he quickly adopted me as “Mom”! They were very fair and open to my wishes! They definitely gave us a NO Pressure experience. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you “Sons”
