Definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Frankman Motor Company. Their car salesman, Jesse James, was first-class being extremely helpful and knowledge about cars. Thanks to him I came home with bada** Cadillac SRX. Financing was a breeze and the offer for my trade-in was more than fair.
My wife and I were looking for a used car. We saw an ad for a 2006 Chevy Impala on Craigs List. It was listed at Frankmans Auto. I called the dealership for info on the car. It sounded pretty good so I set up time to go see it. I looked the car over and test drove it. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy. Answered all my questions. The car was very well priced. It was a very enjoyable experience and quite easy process. I would go back. Would also reccomend them to my friends.
I had a great experience purchasing my used 2014 VW CC Executive. The staff was awesome, I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. I test drove vehicles for a few hours one weekend then came back later in the week to purchase. The purchase process was easy and quick, I was done in a little over an hour. I was given a fair value for my trade-in and paid a fair price for my new vehicle.

For starters I basically purchased the car online. I wanted to have the price of the vehicle locked in before making a four and a half hour journey. That was basically painless. I felt like I was receiving a fair deal and they must have too because they were willing to sell. I nervously made the journey. I was primarily worried about the condition of the vehicle. I am admittedly a bit particular. The car was flawless. The dealership was flawless. The buying process was flawless. I was in and back on the road with a new Volkswagen within two hours. I without any hesitation recommend Graham Audi Volkswagen! If my next vehicle is to be another volskwagen I will be making another trip to South Dakota.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A great experience at this dealership many years ago has lead our family to continue to buy vehicles here for the past 30 years. The sales staff we have dealt with are always helpful and care about helping the customer in getting advantage of all of the rebates/programs available on new vehicles. Other dealers we have tried in the past have not been completely honest about what rebates were available so we appreciated how straightforward they were. Our buying experience has always been "no-pressure" and we have always ended up with a fair deal. We have also had service done here in the past with great results. There have been a few times where we have been in a time-pinched situation and they have always done their best to help us out. Overall, this is not our closest Chevrolet/GMC dealer but the experience we have had makes it well worth the drive every time we are looking for another vehicle or need service on our vehicles.
Found a car that they listed on Cars.com that met my wife's guidelines. We made a 160 mile (one way)trip with some hesitation. We were not disappointed. Their (Family run) business was very friendly and eager to please. The salesman was willing to do some haggeling and offered a good price for our trade-in. Competive financing rates. No hard sell, I like this. Told us to let them know of ANY problems, there hasn't been any.
