This was our first experience with Jacob and I have to say we will never use a large dealership again. It was a first purchase of a car for my son and Jacob went out of his way to educate him and to make him feel very comfortable explaining everything step by step. The car we bought was a low mileage Subaru and it was extremely affordable and fairly priced. I actually admired the fact that when we asked if he could lower the price at all, he said no because it was already fairly priced. His honesty impressed both of us! Jacob also made a point of following up with us regarding financing and other questions and he went out of his way to accommodate our late scheduling. The car is perfect and we could not be happier. All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.
