He helped me through the whole process of ordering the exact vehicle I wanted, their policy of the no dicker price was fair with no hassle of the 1-2 hours going back and forth in negotiations. There was never any pressure to buy, only there to help. What a difference that made! Chris always answered my questions promptly when I asked while the truck was being built and yes I had a lot of questions as this was my first time buying a new vehicle and special ordering one on top of that. If Chris was off for the day when I had a question another salesman stepped right in and answered my question. I was able to track the progress of the build on the Ford website. Once the truck was delivered to Bowen Scarff, they surprised me and had it ready to go that next morning. Chris even came and picked me up at my home and brought me down to pick up the truck! After filling out the paperwork I was handed off to finance. Even here there was no pressure at all to purchase the ?extras? if I said no, he said ok and moved on. No trying to persuade me into it. My overall experience here was the best I have ever had at a dealership. The best surprise of all and may seem little to some was when I got in to drive away it had a full tank of gas. For the money spent......reliable hard working truck. I got the High Country. All the extras are worth it for the comfort on the long drives. Only thing I?d change, wish it got better mpg, but it is a HD work truck.

This truck feels very comfortable on the road, handles like a dream and is a pleasure to drive. It has enough power to pull whatever is asked of it and still gets respectable fuel mileage. It's exterior appearance is very appealing, especially the big sexy front grille and raised hood with functional air ram boasting the Duramax logo letting you know there's not some wimpy gas V8 powering this badboy. The interior is also easy on the eyes and pleasing with lots of leg room, a decent sized media center with navigation, very easy bluetooth connectivity for your devices, USB and media ports, an adjustable integrated brake controller, back up camera and an attractive instrument panel packed with scrollable info like tranny temperature, on the fly fuel mileage, water temp., trip odometer, outside air temp and much more. I could ramble on and on about this truck but... now I have to go drive it!

We really didn’t think I would get approved for this brand new truck because I’m young, but they pulled through and got me a loan and a great deal! Highly highly recommend this place. Will be coming back in the future

I went To Evan’s Chevrolet looking at a specific car that they had, I worked with Ron who was great, he had the car ready for us to test drive, went over it’s features and etc, we decided to buy so we work on the price I was pretty set on how much I was going to spend, he got Gary the sales manager involved to see if we could make the deal work and the 3 of us were able to make it happen and drive the car home the same day. So I drive up unannounced and asked to speak with Zack told him who I was and about the vehicle I had saw on craigslist he showed me the vehicle and told me to test drive it as long as I wanted. After a lengthy test drive Zach asked what I thought I told him I wanted to test drive another truck so he gave me those keys upon return he asked once again what I thought told him I wanted to think about it so I made a couple calls and made my decision there was never any pressure to sell or try to push 1 vehicle more than the other.
