All the time consuming paperwork was handled by Karen so I did not have to deal with any of that. When we came to pick up the vehicle, the signing of the documents was a quick process and no one tried to push additional charges on us!! Both Luis and Tim took the time to listen to me and the type of vehicle I was looking for.Although that vehicle was not at hoselton at this time I am hopeful that Luis and Tim will find me that vehicle.
