Karen was not just a top notch service writer but an amazing person with a great work ethic and attitude, knowing my car was just in for a pre paid oil change and it only has 4000 miles on it so there?s nothing to sale or maintenance needed yet did not stop her from giving the experience of someone who paid full price, she blew what customer satisfaction is out of the water. I?ve owned many cars I?ve taken to different dealerships and shops, I?ve even worked at AAA as a service writer myself and what she did for me and all her customers is beyond what is expected. She printed out all kinds of paperwork on my car that would be beneficial for me. We was having trouble with getting my maintenance plan to show up on the pre paid maintenance website but she handled it got it taken care of while still ensuring me that my car would be well taken care of.
