Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

Salesperson Mona Saad was very attentive and explained and demonstrated the features on my new Equinox. Dealership was very clean and personnel was friendly. Unlike previous dealership.

Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

This was my first time ever visiting a Chevy dealership for service. I was shocked and amazed at how efficient, on-time, and pleasant the service department was. Wow. La Fontaine Chevrolet is the place to go!

The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with the Service department at Bob Jeannotte Buick GMC. Justin and his team took excellent care of me, and my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. With his help, my truck should run forever but when I am in the market for a new GMC pick-up, I'm coming to Bob Jeannotte. The Service Department has set the bar extremely high however, so the Sales Department has a high mark to aim for. I have every confidence that they'll hit a home run when the time comes, though.

I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

My son got into a terrible accident, where he got hit from behind by someone going at high speed, and his Trax got absolutely smashed into the car ahead of him. The tires were sideways and the car looked mangled. He walked out of it with no injury. Chevy for the safety win!

I have been checking several dealers for a nice used car. Some dealers seemed interested, others didn't care less. However, I discovered that Fox Hills was back in business and I had great experiences with them in the past (to the tune of 6 cars). Well, I'm glad I'm back. They treated me very professionally. Ryan Edwards (Used Cars) let me check several and even took a few on test drives. And when it came time to close the deal, it was simple and easy. No pushy sales approach. They explained the facts and options available and I was free to choose. I'm glad I'm back and when my next lease is up (end of 2017), I know where I am going to go back to. Never any issues with buying or leasing a vehicle, Bill Vandam is great to work with and is always there to help the customer. The only place I will go to shop for a vehicle.

Went in for my oil change appointment and asked if I could also get my tires rotated, they accommodated me and still got me in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I will Always be back to north brothers because of Joe and Sarah. Sarah got my foot in the door and Joe finished the job. I hated North brothers from my first bad experience but they have changed my opinion. Thank you Joe for working as hard as you did on my deal to get me the best price. I am forever grateful for you!!

As I mentioned in my earlier comments, the kindness and patience shown by serviceman Brian, was especially appreciated. Being of a particular age and moving a tad bit slower, can be challenging. But his calmness and patience actually in waiting on me eased my anxiety.

Great service and hospitality. The repair to my vehicle was completed timely and neatly. Not only was the repairs made in a timely manner, the car was also washed when I picked it up.
