Very pleased with the radiator replacement and related work done on April 3. Very prompt scheduling for service at West Herr Express in Williamsville, NY. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Comfortable and spacious waiting area with TV and free coffee, etc.

Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

Overall a great experience! Everyone is so friendly, and go out their way to make sure you get everything you want. I absolutely love my new car!

I love the car overall from front to back. The only thing I would change is the way the headlights project at night time. They only go a limited distance and then it’s completely dark. I mean a really short distance. I find myself having to put on high beams often.

My son got into a terrible accident, where he got hit from behind by someone going at high speed, and his Trax got absolutely smashed into the car ahead of him. The tires were sideways and the car looked mangled. He walked out of it with no injury. Chevy for the safety win!

The work to install a hitch on my Blazer EV went as planned. Also had the cars tires rotated and all other systems checked with a free courtesy inspection.

haven’t had any issues. Love how the car performs and feels. 5k miles so far. Averaging 31mpg. The touch screen was a little slow at first or I had to press the same button twice but everything has been working great. Not many new suvs at this price point. Love the red stitching with the evotex seats on my 2rs.

Tom the finance manager did a great job describing the coverages and costs for the extra coverages that were available for my vehicle and did not pressure me when I declined like so many have done at other dealerships.
