David did a great job helping me with the purchase of a used truck. Fair negotiation and great customer service.
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
The car is good, comfortable and good ongas. My only concern are the wiring to the audio and the screen. I have started the engine and the screen goes blank or gets stuck even when I turn the screen and music off. Also the base comes in wiener it wants and just fades out eventually. But when you want it to work it doesn’t. Also the automatic engine on/ off button. I leave the button off majority of the time but the engine still restarts when the button is turned off.

I worked with Steve during my search for a used EV, and I genuinely can't say enough good things about him. Although I ultimately had to go with a different vehicle due to logistics and timing, I really wish I could’ve closed the deal with him. Steve was hands down the best salesperson I spoke with during this entire process. From the beginning, he was patient, transparent, didn't play games and was never pushy - a rare combo in my experience of car shopping. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the details clearly, and even caught important details (like hail damage) before I committed, which shows integrity and a customer-first mindset. He followed up consistently without being overbearing and truly made me feel like he was working with me, not against me. He was proactive and helpful every step of the way. If you're in the market and want to work with someone who's honest, attentive, super friendly and genuinely kind, ask for Steve. He sets the bar for what a car buying experience should be. Thank you again, Steve. I really appreciate everything!
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

Steve from sales provided a great experience for the purchase of my new vehicle. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable and very communicative. This is a place I’d definitely use again, with Steve as the sales associate. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and make the process smooth. My purchase was done virtually, so communication was key - Steve delivered!!
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

Service was very good.. I was a little surprised by the bill because when I explained the problem the service manage said it was probably the fuse blown even before someone looked at the truck. The service manage was correct and my bill for a 10amp fuse was $145. I would think they would have checked the fuse first which would have only taking about 15 minutes.

My wife and I could have not been any happier with our purchase of our new Chrysler 300. Phil Batchelor has been great over approximately the last 6 months since we bought the car. Quick and easy process but at the same time we were actually listened to and not pushed into something we didn't want. We ended up ordering our New 300 so we didn't have to pay for things we didn't want. thumbs up to burritt chrysler and to Phil. Thanks again.

From the service writers, to the techs, to the parts department, to the front desk, everyone is GREAT and the service is performed with care. I sincerely love Van Bortel Chevrolet. My Blazer will now become a customer of Van Bortel Chevrolet replacing the dealership I bought it from in late 2019. My Corvette is also serviced by Van Bortel Chevrolet, this is best place to bring for your automobile. Steve

I bought a used 95 Firebird from them and had the standard used car warranty. The AC didn't work within a couple of weeks after I purchased it. The AC and components were not covered under their used car warranty but they fixed it with a new compressor and a few other parts and did not charge me!! Before I picked the car up they also put on 4 new tires and new brakes on all 4 wheels. Great customer service!

Vision Hyundai Henrietta review
I have leased many cars in the past but this experience with Evan and Russell at Vision Hyundai of Henrietta was by far the most pleasant, stress free experience ever. Evan never put any pressure on me and came up with a deal that far outweighed even my best expectations! He is an honest, kind young man and has earned my business for life! Thank you Evan and Russell and the entire team at Vision for such exceptional service!
2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I am absolutely thrilled with my new 2024 Chevrolet Trax. It is an amazing vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. I also want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Luis Avitia at AutoNation Chevrolet Amarillo; he was fantastic throughout the entire process, helping me secure a great price while making the purchase quick and seamless. I highly recommend both this vehicle and this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car.

We just wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle from your dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Molly, who went above and beyond to ensure we found the right vehicle. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to explain all the features of the car, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The financing process was also seamless, with everything explained clearly and handled efficiently. When we picked up our car, it was spotless and ready to go, making the final delivery feel even more special. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you!!

We recently bought a Subaru Cross trek through Garber. Our Product Specialist was easy to work with and there was no pressure to buy. After the deal, Cleason was helpful in teaching us about our new car and answering our many questions. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Karen and DJ helped my husband and myself get into a 2017 van and it was the easiest experience we have ever had. We had been looking on and off for over a year but when our old van decided to really quit we needed something fast and they sure made the process enjoyable and easy. We can’t thank them enough, we love our new van!

Karen helped us immediately in a friendly manner without being pushy, which is wonderful. We enjoyed good conversation with her and the owner. All the time consuming paperwork was handled by Karen so I did not have to deal with any of that. When we came to pick up the vehicle, the signing of the documents was a quick process and no one tried to push additional charges on us!! It was a great experience and I'm so glad we made the hour long trip to Molye.
