He explained all the options for financing as well as the available extended coverages with clarity and confidence. All of the options were described honestly and I developed a nice rapport with him. I could tell he takes pride in his work and he earned my trust. Overall experience: Sales Manager Ricky J. was outstanding. At the time of my purchase I was looking at/comparing another vehicle from a different dealership and I was upfront about this. What really solidified my decision to purchase from Jim Shorkey was Ricky's flexibility in giving me a more than fair value for my trade in. Carey has been my service advisor for the last couple of years prior to that it was a lady by the name of Kim either way service is always excellent they got me in and out first thing in the morning on Saturday but about an hour and a half they offered me some options cuz I was actually early by about a month and they took good care of me only thing was they couldn't find a filter for my 2018 Ford titanium but that's okay they did my tires they did the inspections which since I bought it there was free and I paid for the emissions overall great experience as always
