This 2026 is my 3rd Trax and I love them! Perfect size, especially as a Senior. Gets me up high and overall car size very manageable. I spoke with Walter and explained our situation. He went above and beyond, providing top notch customer service. He fit us in, told us the issue, ordered the module and got us in to have the module installed. He even apologized that we had to wait. His apology was not necessary, but was appreciated. My husband and I had initially gone to Chevy in Duncan and they wouldn't even try to help us. But Walter provided such great customer service that we told everyone we came across about it. If there is an award for customer service, Walter needs to get it!

2026 Chevrolet Trax review
Can’t say anything bad about this car. Comfortable, fun to drive and a great value. Only concern might be the longevity of the 3 cylinder engine. Bought an extended warranty to handle that potential issue.
