don't care so much for the car shutting off when you come to a stop, but nothing to get upset about. really like the ease of unlocking doors and opening the doors with just a touch of a button. did not think I would like the push start and stop, but it is great. this car as has a great ride. would have liked a way to open trunk with out having to use remote, but again no big deal. but had a Malibu before this one and never had no big problems, so hope this one holds up as well, time will tell
It???s hard to find single cab Ram trucks these days! Especially with a V8 that has a lot of life left in it. I???ve always been a Mopar or no car person. So this fits right into our collection! Chris was our salesman that a friend referred us to him. Which he did a good deal and we are pleased. Keep on keepin on the Moparian vibe🏁

Matt Vallee was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He didn't seem to mind some of the dumb questions I had. We drove several cars around the lot before making a final selection. The whole process went smoothly. Matt was kind enough to help me clean out my trade in since I wasn't really prepared to turn it in. Mike in financing was also very knowledgeable and courteous. However, he had to apologize several times for the length of time it took to get the financing completed. My FICA score was 850. I don't know why the financing took so long. I arrived at the dealer about 3:00 PM and had my car selected and priced by 4:00 PM or so. I didn't get to leave until almost 7:00 PM. Three hours for financing seems way too long. Something needs to be done about the time it took for financing. I am enjoying my new 2018 Chevy Cruze in what I describe as Cardinal Red! I learn new things about it every day!

Purchased a 2018 Cruze in June of this year and worked with Donnie. I had a great experience and loved my Cruze, that is until a very large buck totaled it last month! This car reminds me of the Pontiac Bonneville i used to own they ride like a tank you do not feel the road at all.
I was a walk in due to a check engine light on my 2002 S-10, I had just come from another place that wanted $125 to check and find out what was wrong and if I had the work done there, it would not be applied there. I thought that was wrong because the truck gave codes to what was wrong. Bill, the service writer took the time to explain that there was more to just reading some code from the truck and went through what the mechanic might have to do. Then he explain the time factor with me being a walk in. He arranged a guy to take me home and also at the end, arranged for someone to pick me up when the work was done because my wife was out of town. It turned out that truck had sensed my thermostat on the engine had failed. Who knew that the truck could do that? I am 72 and computer friendly but I am not truck friendly and Bill explained every thing to me so I could understand. That is why I rate him as awesome.

I love this car. Always been a camaro fanatic, but this year has been the best year. You can put your foot down and the car will adjust to how you drive.

This car is very pleasing. I can't say enough about the feel. The Impala has nice lines and exceptional comfort. All the bells and whistles. Superb hug the road handling and all value. GM has done it again...

A week earlier I was at another dealer they had a car I wanted but treated me poorly so I left. I started calling around looking for the car I wanted. reached out to Jen online at Jim Butler they did not have the car i was looking for but told me they would follow up if one came in. this was Monday. On friday evening I got a call from Scott Johnson. The car I was looking for just arrived a 2018 Cajun Red Cruze LT Hatchback. Scott and I talked about my experience at the other dealership he assured me this would not be the case at Jim Butler I agreed to come see the car Saturday morning at 9:00 Scott told me he had another appointment at 9:00 but he would make sure I was taken care of until he could help me. Sat Morning Morgan an I headed off to see the car we arrived and Scott came to meet me and get me a settled in with a cup of coffee the waiting area is very comfortable They had to bring the car up as it was still getting its delivery inspection done. The car arrived It was the car I wanted so the looked at my trade. we agreed on a fair value for the car and my trade and he ask if a salesman he was training could work up the paperwork Ethan Nolan was great got everything completed and sent the car for detailing while we finished up the financing. this was not a high pressure environment. we agreed on the financing after review of what the had to offer. signed the papers and Morgan has A new car to ride in. I woke up and decided I was tired of mini vans and black vehicles. I had excellent customer service for repairs done on my old car so I decided to give their sales a try. I went on line and pre-qualified, then went around just browsing the lot. Bill ???Fuzz??? Steinlage saw me and asked what I was looking for. I told I told him, ??? I want don???t want a mini-van or anything black or dark colored???. I need remote start, room for 5 ( including 2 car seats) and the ability to carry something large if I needed too. He said ok, found me a nice red Arcadia with what I wanted plus more. Bob Schneider hooked me up with the best financing and I drove home in my new SUV after work the next day. This was the best, easy and friendliest vehicle purchase I???ve ever had. I would highly recommend my guys to everyone.

This car met all our expectations very comfortable vehicle. The ride is very quiet and feels like you are floating .The captain chairs are very comfortable and there is alot of trunk room.
My wife and I went to JIM BUTLER CHEVROLET just to look at new pick-up trucks. We were introduced to Brian Andrews (salesman) who sat use down and found out what we were looking far. After going outside and looking through the car and truck lot (very large area), and doing research on the computer, we came up with a 2018 CHEV COLORADO truck. I have the Z06 version 650 hp-650 torque, all that and I get 25mpg on the highway along with the exceptional styling and cool factor
Everyone is pleasant to deal with. They seem like they really care about you and your car. The wait was a bit long for an oil change but I don't mind because they do such a great job plus they have plenty of food and entertainment while you wait. I also like the car wash touch - very nice. The dealership is 30 minutes from my house but all in all I have had a great experience with Jim Butler and would make the drive again every time to get the quality service I receive!

This Corvette is the best car out there. Lots of leg space and a huge trunk. It is really nice to have the top down on a nice summer night and just drive around.
I had the spark plugs changed in my 2008 F-150, A few days later I noticed a fuel odor in the cab. Took it back To Dave Sinclair and they found a spark plug not seated correctly. Repaired it for no charge and everything is good.

Has more legroom than my impala 2011. Great and sharp looking.
Best car I've ever bought. Great ride- firm but smooth and quiet. Acceleration is strong but linear- not sudden jerk. Average 30 MPG. Handling is sporty- but not a sports sedan. Transmission shifts smoothly and always in the right gear- no hunting. Seats are comfortable but not on a long trip. Forward visibility is good, but headlights just adequate. Side and rear pillars block view- rear camera helps with backing, but not great- camera does not have any guide and fogs easily. Forward Collision Assist has activated 3 times when no car visible- twice in rain and fog, and once on a knoll. Side mirror alert rarely works when merging or changing lanes. Lane Assist tugs the steering wheel and is very annoying, so I leave it off- should be warning light and chime only. Now have nearly 36,000 miles and no mechanical problems, but I keep the Lane Assist turned off and wish I could turn of the Forward Collision Assist because it is too sensitive.
We haven???t had a car in 15 years moving from Chicago, so we were excited to find something that we loved. Caleb is THE BEST! He was professional, helpful and even came in on his day off AND stayed late (because we forgot to get insurance) 🤦🏻??? I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a fantastic experience buying their car. Thanks Caleb!

I have had my 2008 for one week now so OnStar and membership weren't included. Came with one key. Everything went great until i started the car so my husband could move it AND IT AUTO LOCKED THE DOORS!! That's right, car running, only set of keys in the ignition and the doors were locked!! I had to wreck the visor on the driver's side and spend a half hour fishing around with a curtain rod to unlock the car!! What kind of car locks you out AFTER you've started the car with the doors unlocked?!?
Overall i am pleased with the car, it appears small from the outside compared to other crossovers but it has ample room. I dont feel cramped in it as opposed to the large sedan(Lacrosse) i was considering. Pros- It has plenty of pep when you hit the gas 252hp turbo so you are never lacking for power. Lots of tech features along with modern safety features . Collision avoidance ,Apple Car Play Etc. Stylish and sporty, AWD option and 19inch wheels. Good gas mileage. Cons- occasional issues with the accessories (bluetooth and AppleCarPlay).The startstop system can get annoying but it doesnt bother me as much as most reviews ive seen. That being said i would turn it off if i could, im not really sure it saves gas.

We worked with Jamie and she wasn't pushy when most people are buying something they like to take their time. She knew or if she didn't know maybe a question because we kept her over a couple hour's and she had babies to get home to. She knew about the car so if you want to buy a car ask for Jamie I'm sure you would be pleased with her.Tammy & Keith from Chester.Like my new baby so does my 16 year old son who won't be driving until 18,which is only about a year and a half.
