Excellent experience dealing with Voice Motors

We made the two hour drive from home to Kalkaska after working out a deal on two Equinox leases for my wife and son. We largely negotiated the deals through email and text. We have made these kinds of trips before to make car purchases only to have the deal change once we walked in the door. That was not the case with Voice Motors and our salesman Mitch. This was one of the most honest, upfront negotiations and sales I have ever been involved with, and I have been involved with a lot of them for myself and my family over the years.
In fact, things went so well with the two Equinoxes that Mitch and I got talking about the possibility of trading in my truck on a new model, as I had been considering it for a while. I wound up getting a great trade value for my truck, and getting a new truck at the price point that I needed to be at, and we drove back home with three new automobiles, unexpectedly. The service department even stayed late and switched over my running boards and Tonneau cover for free.
I am not always an easy person to deal with when it comes to negotiating cars. That is why my family members have me do it for them. I have actually had salesmen get frustrated and walk away, leaving me to their manager. I know how the process works, know what I am willing to pay, and I know that if I don't get exactly what I need, I probably will get it someplace else. There were no games at Voice Motors, no high pressure sales pitches, and no attempt to bait and switch once I walked through the door. I highly, highly recommend Voice Motors to anyone and everyone looking to purchase an automobile. I'll be back myself!
