Great sized SUV to fit our all around needs. Not to big and not too small. Appealing interior with a sporty design. Just enough "bells & whistles" without having to bust out too much cash. Good fit for kids in the back seat or even a solo commuter with the highway MPG. Great trunk for groceries or travel necessities. Haven't had any performance issues yet. All-around solid car.
My husband and I had the best experience buying a new vehicle from Eric Friedhoff. We started out looking at new SUVs, then used SUVs, and back to the new SUVs. This is the only KIA Dealer that would FIX a KIA that they didn't even sell! Not to just trade it in and rid of the problem,they have Fixed the problem on Bank 1 and are fixing the same problem on Bank 2! All under warranty that the seller would not FIX! Salem is not the place to Purchase a KIA! Unless you never have a problem! 10 yr 10000 mile warranty means nothing to them! If its 2 good 2 be true,it always has been for me! Cheep and Good don't go together! Never Has!

I love my Traverse. It is dependable, and is comfortable. It is roomy inside and has plenty of room for storage in the back. I would buy another one if I could.

This car has been everything! I wanted a vehicle I could feel safe in and would get me where ever I needed with out a problem. It has all wheel drive which is great in the state I live in. It has plenty of room and it’s very sleek inside. I’m so happy I made this purchase.
I found a vehicle that I was interested in. They responded to my inquiries right away and were very easy to work with. They were very flexible and were willing to work with me however and whenever. Overall great experience and very friendly staff.

Sporty and racy but can’t handle very well in any type of wet weather. My car was rear-ended at 70mph and needed over $12K in repairs. It never drive the same again.
I had seen a car advertised on cars.com from Danville Automall. The pictures and the price got me interested in looking more at this car. I live 250 miles away from the dealership. I contacted the dealership and told them I was interested in trading a car in for the one they had listed but had to drive 8 hours round trip to look at the car. I asked if we could negotiate over the phone to see if we could be close on an agreement understanding it would depend on what both vehicles looked like. The dealership and I reached a tentative agreement that would be based on them looking at my trade in and me looking over the vehicle for sale. Upon arriving at the dealership, the car was as described and the pictures were exactly as the car looked in person. The dealership and I discussed the vehicle and the trade, they reminded me that there is still good honest people in this world. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership. They were also able to get my financing where it will pay off earlier than planned when I went and save me 2400 dollars in finance charges over the life of the loan. I plan to keep this dealership on the top of my list for the next time I need another car. Wonderful team!!

This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
Everything was the BEST i would score them a 10! Trampas was so nice and he got us what i beleive was a great deal, could not have asked for a better saleman than him. the finance guy sorry i can't remember his name but he worked real hard for us and got me a 5.5 percent interest. This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck

This vehicle drives and rides so smooth, I love the sporty look of the exterior, there is plenty of legroom between the back and front seats, very roomy in the front
I stopped in to price the Hyundai I was looking for not expecting to buy a new car. Imagine my surprise when they met my price point without any haggling. I drove home that evening with a new car! The staff was courteous and friendly to me and my family.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
I was in Danville visiting my Mother and my check engine light came on. I wasn't familiar with the area and so I had to search on my cell phone for a service repair place to find. After talikng to several service repair places in the area Robert Woodall was the only one that was able to fit me in immediatley. They were friendly and kind and even vacummed the interior of my car which was a mess! I felt very comfortable with the whole process. Thank you!

I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle

There is plenty of room in this car. There are great features and everything is amazing. The downfalls I've found are that there's no auto-up button for the window and no mute for the radio. I'll get used of it soon though.
I went in to the local nissan dealer and was very surpised to find that they had a large selection of quest at discounts that was unheard of. I was shopping honda vans and they didnot discount the honda all. Woodall had $7000 discounted and the people where great. I was dealing directly with the Manager "Dean" I think and he came to the payments I needed. As soon as I get my Insurance check I will be there.

The car drives great and so far the performance is terrific. Have more space than a thought. Love my trunk, have a lot of leg room for my son.
Definitely feel like i got some bang for my buck on this one. The Gas mileage is OUTSTANDING!. Sleek little car with a ton of interior space and ridiculous get up and go for such a tiny, gas saving engine. I think overall to say I am pleased would be an understatement.
Beware of the 2016-2018 Stingrays as they have a noise in the rear of the car at 1500 rpm's. It took me many attempts at a dealer and had to call GM directly to get it fixed. Overall I love the looks and performance and am finally happy with it.
Bought a 2017 LT Equinox AWD in 2019
1) Quieter than CRV (5)
2) Braking is smoother than CRV (5)
3) Engines about equivalent (4)
4) Anti-lock brake on snow/ice condition better than CRV (5)
5) Mylink does not allow installing Carplay - worse than CRV (3) - have to rely on my wife's i-phone on a trip. I will give CRV a (4)
6) Back seat cannot recline - CRV reclines by ~2 inches (3) - only if I have to sit in the back
7) Reliability - TBD (CRV's battery died after 3.5 yrs)
8) Value: I paid ~$27 K in 2015 for a new CRV with AWD and ~$16K for this used Equinox (7400 miles) almost like new. I have been impressed except for the Carplay availability.
We are planning a 6 month road trip from Florida to California and back. This will be the PERFECT vehicle to tow our trailer there and back.
