Professional and courteous are two adjectives to describe my recent experience at Fieldhouse Ford. I purchased a new 2017 Ford Escape and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle. Jay and his knowledgeable staff made sure my needs were met and that I was always well informed before making any decisions. I live in the Chicagoland area and my car buying experience cannot be matched by any other dealership I visited. My wife and I had been visiting various dealerships around Indiana looking to to buy a used Camaro. After a couple of stops and being disappointed, we decided to check out a prospective possibility at Wiers in De Motte Indiana. We spotted the vehicle and after a quick glance we decided we would like to find out more about it. Before we could even get to the dealership door, a smiling, cheerful salesperson greeted us in friendly fashion and introduced herself as Karley, and asked if she could help us. She answered all of our questions and consequently we reached a deal that we were happy with, so we made the purchase. During the negotiations my wife and I were made to feel at ease and that our satisfaction in making this purchase was truly her top priority. The other people that were involved in doing all of the paper work for this sale were also very helpful and friendly as well. The next time we are looking to buy a vehicle we will definitely check out Wiers.

Found the perfect car on Cars.com and contacted Hubbard. I had a response very quickly. I did have a few questions and sent them to the man who had contacted me. However, after several hours with no response, I contacted salesman John Gustin directly and he immediately found the answers to every question. He has followed up with me after the sale and I am very satisfied with him. My only concern is that the dealership apparently doesn't clear the memory of their used vehicles, they let the new buyer do that. In this day and age, if you don't erase all the data you've input into a car, you're asking for big trouble. But some people may not think about it when they trade in their car. A new buyer could get your home address from the GPS, your phone and contacts from the phone memory, etc. etc. Dealers should make it a practice to wipe the memory of any car they take in before they offer it for sale.
I found the perfect car online and sent a request for someone to contact me. In a few hours I had an email and then a phone call. Lonnie answered all my questions to my satisfaction, so, I drove 6 hrs to pick up my new car. It was everything that it was advertised to be and was detailed and ready to go for me! The paperwork was quickly taken care of so I could get back on the road. Overall I had a very good experience with the staff at Hubbard and would not hesitate to visit them again someday.
Overall experience was very good from the sales person to the financing person. Facilities are in excellent conditions! Only two things that I see need improving.....I inquired online and did not receive any contact back from them. If my email was wrong, you should have at least tried to call me. You may have missed a sale. The other item that I am most disappointed in, is that I only asked for one thing, and that was to have the car detailed. In between the two front seats and under the seats is the same nasty filth that was left behind from the last owner. I really would have liked that cleaned up. I don't want this to be negative just pointing out a couple areas for improvement. Overall very good experience.
I found a nice used car from Hubbard. So far the experience was overall pretty good. I had a few minor things that were not necessarily GREAT but they are trying to fix them. I was only given one key for a keyless entry. Although the car has OnStar if I don't renew it after the three month free trial period, then I won't have a way to unlock my car if I don't get a second with the purchase. They are trying to charge me $125.00 to get the second one, but I am in the process of trying to have them get me the second for FREE since I have NEVER in my life bought a car without the second key. Craig is great, he is funny and easy to work with. He listens and tries to make things right with you. I truly appreciate his kindness and help.

The sales and finance staff were great. But when the car had problems after less than a month and that's when it all started. Gm paid for the part to be fixed but dealing with the service manager well that was a whole other nightmare. See after being in their shop twice the car still isn't fixed so now Chevy is allowing me take it to another dealer to get it diagnosed so it can be fixed once and for all. Boy that's a black eye for Hubbard. Everyone I have talked too says the same thing about the service manager. I will never go back and if anyone else has the same problem with the service or something else at Hubbard call Matt Hubbard @ 574-583-7121 this guy runs the place. Maybe if they hear how this guy treats people they will tune him up instead of just letting him pull the wool over their eyes.
I called about a car I found online and was told they were not sure if vehicle was available. I recieve a call back a few minutes later and the vehicle is in stock so I drive into Monticello to see it. The car was as described and it was the best experience I have had at a dealer. The owner even came out to thank me for my business. Class ACT!!!!! Lafayette dealers need a lesson from these people.
Always get excellent service from the techs at Braun. The service manager is always helpful with all my needs and repairs. Carey is the most knowledgeable
