I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Drives very smooth. Love the safety features when it comes to cell phones, picks right up for you so you never take ur eyes off the road. If you do want to text, you just talk to the car it sends it for you. Variety of things to keep the kids busy, comfortable and safe.

I was there to purchase a car, not for myself, but for what I will call our "charity case". I was concerned because D & M didn't have any reviews and I had never heard of them. But they had a car I liked so I took a chance. My instinct was all wrong. Their response was timely. They were forthcoming about any issues with the car (all cosmetic), and they were willing to negotiate the price. They even arranged the transport from So. California to my home in No. CA, which went very smoothly. The whole experience was stressless and Aryan (the salesman) was a complete pleasure to deal with.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

Service and a salesman helped today figure out the subscription for the GPS system. I don’t like the idea of having to pay for the gps after 1 year of ownership on Toyota but I guess either you pay for the connect drive gps or use your cell phone car play (which is what I decided to do). They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for everything you do
