C. Wimberley Ford review
I went to C. Wimberley Ford just a week ago inquiring about a new vehicle, and Sales Representative Tyler Snyder was able to put me in my dream car just a few days later!! I walked out of the dealership light on my feet today with the keys to a new 2023 Bronco Sport and a clear conscience after working with Tyler Snyder and the rest of the CW Automall team!! The customer service I received today was unmatched and every team member I met with made me feel like family. I could not be more happy with my new vehicle, and recommend CW Automall with my highest regards!!

I love the luxury of it, driving it felt like riding on a cloud. I would love to own another if possible, my wife really loves it too.

Lexus of Dayton review
Rarely take time to write social media reviews. However experience I had at the dealership this week is worth a review. I was not needing a car, but always keeping an eye out for the right deal. On Tuesday of last week I had called in the morning to ask for a sales rep I had purchased from before. What could have been a honest mistake, I was put into voicemail. Not hearing back all day, I decided to call one more time as I was ready to pull the trigger on a near identical vehicle much closer to my house. This is when I sales person "Nick B" answered the phone. He informed me it was an honest mistake that I was put to voicemail of a former sales rep and that he would be happy to help. Having held management positions, and worked for good people in my career, I have to say, the energy and hustle was top notch. I explained the situation at the competing dealership and Nick cut through all the garbage negotiation and sales tactics that the other dealer tried to use on me (not knowing my background). In a matter of 60 minutes I had 3 phone calls from Nick setting the parameters of the deal. The next morning I was greeted by a text to ask if I was coming in at lunch or dinner. The weather was terrible for a drive to Dayton, and I was so tempted to just spend a little more money and head closer to make my purchase. I could not do it. Nick's hustle deserved a visit to look at the car. I arrived around dinner time and Nick was waiting at the door to greet me. The car was pulled up and we were ready to deal. Nick was efficient in execution as he was in setting up the deal. From getting payoffs, to coordinating the shop to ready the vehicle, to working with finance and matching the trade of the other dealer. I had other sales people that you would sit in the dealer for multiple hours waiting to get through. Some of this compliment also goes to Matt S. in Finance. Copies, signatures, even took the time to get me a refund for my trade in Lexus Warranty that I was not going to use. Customer was first with both of these gentlemen, not at the expense of the Company, but to be seamless and professional. The last part of the evening came when I was signing the paperwork. Matt told me that the detail team was not able to finish my car at the late hour, but would be happy to do so over the weekend if I wanted to come back. As I was saying I just wanted the plastic off the floor and the mats in, Nick came in the office and said he already had it done while transferring my plates. Nick also did not forget another small detail I had emphasized to him at the outset. I travel a lot and have a laptop in my car. It is imperative that I have a privacy shield cover over the cargo area. To end my experience, Nick did not forget that request. Lexus no longer sells them in parts, something I noticed even with the GX back in 2020. So Nick had me drive into the garage out of the rain, helped me move my belongings to the new car, then took me up to the "lost and found". Again, not additional expense to the company, but more time for him. Nick at the late hour was going through every privacy cover with a measuring tape to get me squared away. We ended up not finding one, but how could I be disappointed with that effort. To anyone buying a car, I cannot guarantee your sales person will give the same experience, but there is no question that Nick was a professional and will have me back for my next car which is due in about another year. In a still tight labor market, it is tough to find employees like that.
2003 Chrysler Concorde review
I got this car with 44000 miles on the odometer. Had it until there were 158000 miles on it. And I wish I still had this car! I had the LX model with the 2.7 liter engine. It had very lackluster power for accelerating from a dead stop or any aggressive passing but fine for normal day to day surface street driving. The 2.7 liter engine is known for 2 major issues, oil sludge build up if the oil isn't changed regularly and the water pump that when it goes will leak anti-freeze into the engine and must be fixed immediately. The water pump fix will run you around $2000+ because of the dumb design of it and half the engine needing to be taken apart. Personally, l never had an issue with the oil sludge, but it?s something to keep in mind. On the positive side the interior is really roomy!! One of the few cars that I could 'sit behind myself' in with the driver?s seat all the way back (I'm 6'4"). Can comfortably drive around 4 adults with no space issues. The trunk is also huge too. It's definitely comfortable on long drives and good on gas as well for a car its size.
