Lots of value but...

I bought my crossfire roadster used and I’ve had it for three years now. The Crossfire is a Mercedes 320 SLK in all but name so it’s predictable in its virtues and vices. The styling is awesome and the grip is excellent. Acceleration is OK. Center handling is marginal due to the type of steering. If you buy a roadster know that the plastic rear window will likely fall out, and you will have to replace the hydraulic cylinders at some point. The cylinder replacement is very expensive so plan on doing heavy negotiation when buying a used roadster. The engine maintenance is twerky, and expect the usual Mercedes leaks and repairs. Always do a very thorough inspection of the engine before buying a used crossfire and watch especially for leakage. Leaks in the valve cover gaskets and oil main seal are not unusual. And be sure to check the engine mounts as well. If you have any play in the automatic transmission chances are the engine and transmission mounts need to be replaced. Sensors can be very sensitive and a sticky key problem is very common. Forget about the TPS system. This is a car for fun daily driving without expecting too much as a sports car. Like the 320, the crossfire has little collectibility but who cares because it’s a lot of fun. The interior is nothing special and unfortunately has a lot of cheap plastic parts. The SRT is the up-engined crossfire but they tend to have a number of supercharger problems. I put a magnaflow exhaust on mine and it sounds great. A good set of summer tires will improve the already great handling. Before buying a used crossfire be sure to look at all the maintenance records. If the records are incomplete you’re better off just walking away because that means the previous owners didn’t take enough care of their vehicle. Take care of the maintenance and the car is a blast.

Lots of fun to drive. My husband is primary driver. The drive from Nashville was simple and worth the drive to get this SRT model he wanted as the last Crossfire was not.
The experience was excellent; Pete was by far the best salesman we've experienced when buying a vehicle. He was honest, kept his word, and answered our questions and more. The manager also was a true professional. We will be back if and when we need another vehicle.

One of the best affordable super car ever for everyone who has taste...it is best choice sport car value for money! I am sure it is going to be a future classic.
My experience at Statewide Ford in Van Wert, Ohio was excellent. Randy Custer, the salesperson, helped me find exactly the Escape that I wanted. He was knowledgable and thorough. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. I LOVE my new Ford Escape!

This car is a toy and that's it. It's not the best on the inside and not the most comfortable. But when you put your foot on the gas and the AMG Supercharged V6 kicks in, you know the reason for owning one. The only thing this car can't outrun is the gas station.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff's. The experience was the best one I have ever had at a dealership. They were not pushy and I felt very comfortable. I will definately be buying all my vehicles to Jeff's and would highly recommend. Neko and Howard were wonderful! I could not have been mire pleased with the service I received!

I love it! Very dependable! Sports car. Available as a two-seat coupe or roadster, the Chrysler Crossfire was largely based on the first-generation Mercedes-Benz SLK. Its exterior design always turned heads, but the aged platform and unimpressive driving dynamics were major drawbacks. The Crossfire's steering response in particular was lackluster due to the use of the previous SLK's old-school recirculating-ball steering. Additionally, the vehicle's ride quality often seemed harsh, particularly on the high-performance SRT-6 version.
Not only are Crossfire’s stylish on the inside and out, but the Mercedes Benz engine and chassis make it the best built 2 seater convertible! Plenty of leg room, even drives well in the snow. I’ve driven this car every day for years and I’ve never been disappointed.

Bought this vehicle for my daughter. Only had 68k on the odometer. It’s a limited edition, so it came with lots of upgrades. The Daimler-Chrysler merger created the Crossfire, which is basically a Mercedes coupe, wrapped in Mopar skin. It boasts a 6 speed, 3.2 liter V6 engine, which isn’t blazing fast, but quick enough. The offset wheels give it a sporty look, to compliment the automatic rear spoiler. People take second looks at this vehicle, because they really can’t tell just what it is. My daughters particular Crossfire is Oyster gold with Mercedes silver trim, so it appears just a bit more exotic than you’d expect from a Chrysler. She loves her first car. I also feel confident about this vehicle and I’m glad that I didn’t sacrifice too much style for reliability.
My wife and I were in the market for a used minivan. Our search showed us the perfect car, one on Weathers' lot. We went to see it on a Saturday, and we able to keep it until Monday. Our salesman Tom was honest and fair with us. We got the deal we wanted for the car we needed.
J C Auto Sales has the best customer service that I have ever experienced in the car industry! They were very transparent about the history of the vehicle along with any work that was done to it. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and the staff was incredible to work with; they were very respectful and they went above and beyond by registering the vehicle and getting it inspected for me so I didn't have to do that on my own time which was extremely convenient. I would absolutely do business with them again and I'm going to be recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can't thank them enough, I love my new car!

This car has never let me down. It is a joy to drive. Extremely well built.
It is fun and inexpensive to drive. I have owned this car for 11 years.
It was the salesman that not only sold me my truck but sold the dealership also !!!!! Both the Sales Manager and Chris LeBlanc were helpful with this sale
Fun car for any collector

This vehicle is certainly beautiful and rides well.
The interior however is not very comfortable if you are over 6'-1" or a heavy set person. since the car is low to the ground getting in an out can be a challenge the taller and heavier you are.
other than that the car is great.
Best experience, I have bot a lot of cars in my life. And Pat was a nice person to work with. I got the car that I wanted at a good price.
Fun, reliable, and economical

The Crossfire is an underrated vehicle - there's not much in the same price range I'd recommend over it. It's fast enough, auto top, handles well, looks great, and is pretty comfortable. Never had any maintenance issues worth mentioning. My only real complaint is the damnable cup holder, it'd genuinely be better not to have one at all. I'll miss the car dearly.
Personally purchasing 3 vehicles from this location I wouldn't go anywhere else for the quality of service. The owner and employees are all top notch. I have even made some requests and they are more than accommodating to fit your needs and then some. Great people with great service, you can't go wrong .
Love the Crossfire but...

I really like this car. However; it's very underpowered! With only 215 hp it's just not that quick. All the people talking about how quick it is obviously haven't driven a car with real power. I'm a chevy v8 LS lover. I've had several Camaros: 2 z's and an SS and I guess I got spoiled. My Camry has more power than the crossfire; 268 hp and it's very fast for a sedan. She beat the Crossfire in a drag race. I drove the Crossfire and my friend drove my Camry. And I've been racing since I was 17. The Camry embarrassed the Crossfire... It's definitely a head turner though and fun to drive. It hugs the road and handles great!
Comfort isn't great but it's a sports car. There are no cup holders which I dislike very much! Even my SS had them. Also the interior feels a bit cheap. I don't care for all the grey plastic and the mirror adjustment switch is in a horrible location and always gets knocked off and lost. I've had to buy a couple...
And for those of you that say 215 hp is good for a little car like this you have to remember I'm driving the convertible roadster and the fact that it's a convertible makes it heavier because of the extra materials used to reinforce the "frame/unibody". Since there's no hard roof the undercarriage has to be reinforced a lot and it adds a lot of weight to the car.
I still love it though. I'd like to put a supercharger in it but performance parts for this car aren't easy to find.
We have purchased a new 2013 Cadilac CTS and a new 2017 Buick Envision from Brotherton over the past few years. We not only had great experiences, but we also made friends. Very honest and fair.
My Service Representative is Lindsey who is extremely professional. She set up my appointment and monitored my car throughout the service process, updating me throughout. Her excellent automotive knowledge made me feel comfortable that I brought my car to the right place. My car was taken in on time, and completed at the estimated time, including a car wash and vacuum. Thank you.
