Extremely professional service and top concern for resolving the problems. My service adviser, Crystal Vanderpuije, understood the issue with the car and made sure it was completely taken care of. She is very hands on when it comes to making sure the customer's issues are resolved. The technician that worked on the car took the initiative to order a part for an issue he discovered that I had not initially addressed, and resolved that problem without my prompting. That's the kind of service that you always hope for but rarely find.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Damian and staff were very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend him and Bob Bell to friends and family. I didnt feel pressured or rushed at all.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

My experience was excellent based on the efforts of Hamid Bashiri. He was helpful, competent, patient and knowledgeable. I am a return customer and that is largely due to Mr. Bashiri who has always been very honest and trustworthy and I know I will get the right car, price and financing to meet my needs. TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. The service was was ok. My oil monitor wasn't changed back to 0 miles once it was changed and I had to go back a second time.
