2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

After having an oil and filter change, we noticed a swishing sound. My husband pulled the air cleaner and discovered that some 'tabs' were not place properly. He fixed the problem and the swishing sound diminished. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if it wasn't there.

Late review, We bought a Jeep Cherokee Latitude from this dealership this summer. The Salesman Adam, and Service manager were outstanding! Test drive vehicle (unfortunately on a rainy day) didnt hear or discover any issues. Took car home and next day discovered very noisy road noise and undefined noise from front of vehicle. Working with the team to discover the problem althought time consuming was a far more pleasant situation than expected. The entire time the team worked on the issue provided constant interaction, communication and updates. Just wanted to assure the team that I was completely happy and AMAZED that the situation was taken care of professionally. Thank You Gary Gregory

I worked with Eric Loredo, who set the tone by doing a full virtual walk around and video of the car before I arrived, answering all my questions in real time. When my wife and I landed at ORD, the car was spotless and ready to go. Finance Manager Mike Lazzara had all documents sent ahead so I could DocuSign, making the delivery quick and smooth. Sales Manager Matt Knudson, GSM Jerry Spanier, and Andrew Sytsma (who wasn’t my salesman but still took time to chat and share product knowledge) all played a part in making this one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever had. The team knew my previous car was totaled in a tornado, and they went above and beyond to make this out-of-state transaction simple and stress-free. 2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
